The tech showed up 2 hours after the specified time, was extremely rude, and did nothing to solve the problem that was presented. At no time was a "service fee" discussed and I was under the impression that a free estimate would be given. However, upon providing absolutely zero services to address my problem (and not even having the correct tools to do so) we were harassed, berated, and yelled out for refusing to pay a fee that this tech believed he was entitled to. Additionally, my interior laundry area is left an utter mess, with the dryer vent totally disconnected from celling. Because of this disconnected hose, I can still see the massive amount of lint that were supposedly "cleaned out" (and was the quote on quote "service" that had been provided. Upon reaching out to the owner, this behavior was excused and justified. Look elsewhere!!
