He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.

Could not propose a repair and said he would need to do research. Charged me $177 and promised to return. Returned several days later and started to do the same things he had done on his first visit, not even remembering that he had been here a few days earlier. He seemed to be clueless about LG refrigerators in general and seems to be pretty disorganized.It has been several weeks since his last visit and I have not heard from him again. I would not recommend hiring him to repair any appliance as he appears to be very unqualified.
