Mrs. Jaffe was very responsive both on e-mail and phone. I was provided with updates every step along the way and felt like my package was going to be delivered safely and securely the entire time. Steve went completely out of his way to build a crate and add in extra safety measures to ensure my package arrived in pristine condition. Thank you thank you thank you! They are far more knowledgeable about anything and everything related to shipping compared to any other shipping location I have ever been to.
