If it's possible to give this zero stars I absolutely would. Not sure if the post office abandoned ship and shut down the whole week for one snow day, but not receiving mail delivery for four straight days is highly unusual. A regular business-hours delivery to my work, a no-show for four straight days. One day I could understand but riding around nearby streets, no mail trucks in sight morning and afternoon. I rented a p.o. box at this post office and half the time people would tell me they sent mail to my address and it was returned to them. I even spoke to the supervisor about this and she couldn't give me an answer. The people who work at this place are surly and not helpful...clueless really. beware. read more

It's a post office. It does what every other post office does,,, deals w the mundane but critical job of distributing mail. Maybe the parking isn't the best, but for this USPS office to have a 2.5 rating is ridiculous. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of using. Employees have no idea how to use or run their own systems, and we often don't get our mail even though the tracking will have it marked delivered. It is always in the wrong mailbox, or lost. I do often use them for express shipments, as I'm pretty much guaranteed they will screw up and my item will be delivered late, in which case I get a full refund. read more

We were nervously waiting for the delivery of my daughter's passport before a trip to Canada. The passport was late because of delays at the Dept. of State. The day before our departure, the folks at the Pawtucket (02860) Post Office combed through all their incoming mail throughout the day to try and find the passport. It finally arrived on the day of our departure and the manager let me come pick it up at 6am. They were very professional when responding to multiple calls and in-person visits from me. read more

Horrible. Went there for passport renewal and the staff there gave me the wrong info along with the wrong form. Even though I told her this was not the right form and she was reading the form I actually needed incorrectly she still insisted on giving me the other one. I proceeded to call the main office for passports to find that I was indeed correct. I would have sent out the wrong forms and official documents of mine for no reason and delay my renewal... I had a package coming to me from here- I tracked it and was told it was delivered, though I was at the shipping address all day and no one ever showed up with it. I proceeded to call all of the places where the package was, which led me to this post office. I called multiple times in one day with no answer. I called the next day, got transferred a few times and ended up on the phone with a person who made it seem like I just didn't see it. He told me to check outside and between the doors. Really? He then said he'd have to talk to the driver and told me to call back the next day. Turns out the package was never delivered and someone else in the building who got my package a day later gave it to me. Awesome. read more
