A virtual tech inspection, instead of another scheduled diagnostic physical visit, resulted in additional parts sent, and a return visit just a few days later to complete the repair. Scott and his trainee completed the repair quickly. Scott expressed remorse for not getting the diagnosis completely correct the first visit, but that was unnecessary as far as I was concerned. He is sincere and thorough in work, and I feel confident knowing is my repair tech. And to top it off, the second visit was covered at no charge for parts or labor. The system will not allow the customer to speak with a human at all. All of the scheduling and updates are handled via AI. There's supposedly no way for the AI to contact a technician. My scheduled day was today, July 10 between 8 and 5. A technician was supposed to contact me to further narrow down the window. I received a text message saying that the tech would arrive at or before 9:50. It is now 11:40 and still no sign of, and no updates from the said tech or AI. When dealing with a local tech, I can speak with the tech via a call or text message. This system flat out sucks!

In the chaos of moving, I had left my wallet there and when I returned to get it, $200 was missing from it. I have tried to work this out with the local franchise but they do not call back.
