Usually when I go into a USPS it's miserable. Oppressive atmosphere, unhappy customers, long lines, etc. The past three times I have been at this location have been great though. Ryan was super patient with each visit, even when there was a line, and yesterday Gayle was very cheerful, quick to process my labels, and even offered up some Halloween candy. I mean - It's the post office you guys. Don't go expecting to be blown away. This is my favorite post office, I've never had any major issues here, the postal workers are usually courteous, the lobby kiosk is pretty handy, especially after regular business hours, and even when there's a long line (which is actually pretty rarely) it moves pretty quickly. In comparison to the other post office in Provo... let's just say I'd definitely chose this one. But like... it's still the post office, you guys. If you have to pick up a package after hours, be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. I've rung the buzzer half a dozen times and waited up to 15 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Clearly they don't want to answer the buzzer, I get that, but if that's the case, why bother even having the thing? read more

Excellent service here at this Post Office. We were going to mail a package in a envelope and one of the counter clerk gave us great advice on a better and cheaper way to get it done. Everyone we have worked with at this Post Office has been kind and helpful. We will definitely be going back to this Post Office for our mailing needs. This post carrier always enter deliver on my package but he never come to my business, I do have security camera's and it never show him at the business. I then got one of my package 18 day after hen I look into my garbage container and saw letters. read more

Worst post office ever. We've had a lot of issues with our postman and we've complained to the PO about him multiple times and they've always said the same thing - "we'll open an investigation on this issue and get back to you in a few days." It's been four years and they're still "investigating," even though we've called back repeatedly to file the same complaints. The postman is still dumping our mail on the side of the street and leaving packages on the side of the street (which is a very busy street). We've had our mail and boxes get soaking wet because he left them on the side of the street IN THE RAIN. We have a HUGE mailbox and it really isn't that hard to just put the mail in it. As for the boxes, just freaking walk up to our door and put it there! What has made me so mad that I've come here to post a review is that we went on vacation for two weeks and arranged for the PO to hold our mail until Tuesday, May 26th. They were to drop off our mail AND start delivering our daily mail on Tuesday. It is not Friday and we still haven't gotten our mail from the last few weeks NOR have they started delivering our freaking daily mail. When we called a few days ago to see what was happening, we got the same "We'll open an investigation and get back to you" bullshit. When they called us back, we weren't home, and they didn't even leave a message, the assholes. When I called the number, I just got a machine asking for my tracking number. I couldn't even get a live person. I have freaking medical bills that I need to pay or I'll get fined! I'm so fed up. I'd switch post offices but that'd mean moving. I was told by another post office that my package was temporarily being held at this one. I called a few times but the phone was never answered. In desperation I drove down to the facility. Robin was able to locate my package and was really kind and down-to-earth about everything. I really appreciated her help! read more
