Bad bad bad. I loved them for so long but they started outsourcing their calls to I think India…read more The communication and language barrier was very difficult. They missed the pick up. Called me 5 days later asking if the envelope was still ready to be picked up. Whatever they did to outsource and save money has been a disaster. But they did charge my card. Bad bad bad

The…read moredudes weren't always super friendly and often smelled pretty bad, but they were always on time and never (in my recollection) screwed up a delivery. A couple times I had questions about charges on the invoice and the accounting guy was quick to sort things out. The phone dispatchers are way nicer than, say, the average person you talk to when calling a cab. Fleetfoot serves the greater Seattle area by bike, car and truck. Many delivery options available including same day, 2 hour, and Rush. Reasonable charges; you can set up an account or make it a one time deal; they accept cash, card, or check. I think they can actually deliver anywhere in the state, just not in one hour! Orders can be placed ahead of time or as needed. They will deliver just about anything (including sealed alcoholic beverages) except meals, hazardous/illegal materials, precious gems and framed artwork. Regular hours of operation are M - F 7:30am - 5:30pm but after hours deliveries can be arranged. Some of my fondest memories of having an office job are from watching the punk bike messengers and suit - clad businessmen eyeing each other warily in the elevator . Good times. These guys are probably more honest than your average businessman, so for all your courier needs I highly recommend Fleetfoot.

Do not have your medication sent through USPS. It's unreliable. I did not have a great experience…read morewith this post office. Too much to explain and honestly...exhausting. I don't deal with USPS often bc I know what I'm paying for, so I generally stick with the larger private delivery companies, but when you have to deal with the VA and other vendors that uses USPS, I have no say. So I had to request for my PCP (outside VA) to prescribe my meds and explain my situation and send all my docs and have it deliver the next business day with FEDEX, it cost Extra but at least I know i can rely on it being here and I'm not going for another 5 days without it. No matter how hard I tried to plan accordingly and ensure I have my refill before I finish my bottle, something outside of my control will always dictate the outcome. I mean what more can you expect...time has changed for sure. COVID has really changed our way of life, our processes/systems, the workforce and how we treat people. All I wanted was my meds. That's it. I don't even wanna talk to people, just deliver my damn meds.

I have been sending several packages lately due to the holidays and they always suggest methods to make me save such as switching envelopes, choosing the correct packages, etc. They have a self-service kiosk as well if you just want to print out shipping labels. I use their kiosk mostly for flate rate box labels. Thank you, USPS.

Donna greeted me with a genuine warmth that told me she loves what she does. She's incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the nuances of history in the antique pieces, the metals, stones, and settings in a way that makes sense. She encouraged curiosity, inviting me to try on anything that sparked joy, no pressure--just possibilities. Brandon and Sean kept the energy high with their easy smiles and readiness to help whenever needed. The whole team made it feel less like a purchase and more like a thoughtful journey toward something meaningful. When we decided to upgrade our wedding rings, the experience only got better. I found a beautiful Art Deco piece that just fits what I was looking for perfectly. We both found pieces we love, the price was fair, and the service was flawless from start to finish. If you want a jewelry shopping experience that's educational, stress-free, and truly welcoming--where you're treated like family--this is the place to go. Five stars from us.

Brandon was the first to help us and apologized saying he didn't realize we were waiting. Again, no big deal he got right into figuring out what we had come in for. We said we wanted to look at engagement rights together and wanna see what we like and don't like cause how can you know unless you go try some on. We were then sat down with another associate, Sean. Idk if he was just looking to make only money that day but customer experience was horrible. He was asking what I was looking for I said I'm leaning towards a Dutch marquise but know they're hard to come by so I wanted to see marquise in person on my finger to get an idea if I'd like it in real life. Brandon had already laid out some marquise for me beforehand so Sean showed be them again and then talked AT me and explained what I wanted was an elongated hex... thank you, thats great to know although both are correct. He explained what cut and clarity were. Not something I was confused about but again, thanks. He pulled up some from his source and told us how much they were and it felt as if he was trying to make us leave or scare us away by mentioning the prices. Then he asked for timeline and my boyfriend didn't wanna say exactly what the timeline was in front of me and it's like a switch went off and he just wanted us out of his store. He was like okay well here's my card and lmk when you guys are ready. And then we just sat there in an awkward silence for a moment cause he dismissed us so fast we couldn't even process we were being kicked out lol. Anyway... I would not recommend coming here unless you can be perceived as being loaded, if you get what I'm saying. Horrible customer service from Sean. Brandon however, was great. Really wanted to support a jeweler local to us but I could never spend money at a place that treats their potential customers like this.
