I was ready to buy a new laptop for $1500 but, this was less than half the price of a new one and I ended up with a better computer than it was before. My laptop works better than ever! I brought it in here to help troubleshoot and diagnose, since it could've been the RAM, CPU, NVME SSD, or windows corrupted files. They were able to diagnose and pinpoint the causes and issues pretty quickly, and offered me several solutions to quickly be up and running with minimal downtime. I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty).
