Based on the website and Instagram, it appeared that customers could use cards or tap-to-pay options. However, when I arrived, I learned that the self-service machines only accept quarters. There is no Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or tap-to-pay option for the washers and dryers. The laundromat does have cards, but those are apparently only issued for drop-off laundry service, not for self-service customers. None of that was clearly explained online. If you're planning to do your own laundry, make sure you bring plenty of quarters before heading over. On the positive side, the facility was clean and the machines looked well maintained. However, I also found the pricing higher than my usual laundromat. The medium washers were about $7.75, the larger washers were over $9, and the dryers cost 25¢ per cycle. I'm sharing this simply so others know what to expect and don't make a special trip assuming card or mobile payment options are available.

I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. When I was ready to ship the employee at the counter was very friendly and ensured my boxes were secured with enough tape. Definitely a location I would visit again if needed.

Once I started unpacking boxes and moving items out of my garage, I found significant damage. One antique table that belonged to my grandmother has clearly been mishandled. There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level.
