However, when I opened the bag, there were 4 rips in the backside, most likely where it was hung up. I called them and told them that I wanted compensation and they assured me that they would mail me cash. He had to come back the next day to attempt again. It was placed on another skid and he was able to successfully deliver it safely off the truck. I don't know who put it on the skid, the seller or the shipping company but it wasn't properly assembled. Overall I recommend this company but use your judgement and take a risk. Personally I think they're understaffed and could be difficult to get heavy things off their trucks. Less was super nice, he offered assurance that my item will be delivered safely. Which it was, I just think their drivers are understaffed, underpaid and don't have enough training.

Very helpful associate (Brandon) in the showroom, I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me great options. Very high quality and excellent pricing. And delivery was quick! When my dining room table was delivered, it was a little wobbly (turns out the floors in my townhouse are not level!) .
