It has been three weeks and my package was not delivered because FedEx states that this business has an unpaid account balance and is holding all their packages in a warehouse until it is resolved. I contacted this business and was told that the issue should be fixed in 1-2 months. Which is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager, Casey, and was informed that she only comes in on Fridays. From the 25th of March to the 20th of April ( the 20th of April being the day i called to enquire again) the storage fees were $165.00, so you can imagine how much it is now. The two barrels were paid for to be shipped to Barbados. Whenever contact is made with him or his employees its always one excuse after another....go on Friday, im out of the office and i'll call you when i get in, he's outside call back in 20 minutes, if they charge you fees i'll handle it and the next shipment is on me.
