I was sending this Barrel to my cousin who lives in Belmont, which is closer to Port Of Spain. But what Compass Shipping Company did not tell me is that another company handles your barrel when it arrives in Trinidad&Tobago, West Indies. My cousin was notified and had to pay $61.00 for one document. Then she had to get transportation and travel all the way to where the old Airport was. She then had to pay $600.00 for another set of documents. She could not go into the facility for the barrel because you have to wear shoes. She had to borrow someone construction boots to go into the facility. She then had to wait for a available table to take out everything out of the barrel so they can see. She was then charged another $400.00 for the barrel. She was there from 9 am to 4pm. My cousin made me aware that there are no stores to purchase anything to eat or drink within the area. I just called Compass Shipping and asked to speak with the owner and was told my the rude person answering the phone that he is out of the country. I wanted to live my name and number but she hang up the phone on me. I have the faith that the things that we do to hurt others will come back to us.
