This location gets a lot of traffic so sometimes even when you get there right when they open so expect to take a least 30 mins to an hour. The staff here is really helpful and they aren't like other establishments where the staff looks super unhappy to be there. read more

This is actually one of the best post offices that I've ever been to. The most important thing for a post office is the service, and this place has some incredibly friendly staff that actually seem like they don't hate their job. Just keep in mind that you may need to ask them for forms, as they might not have any stocked on the tables. read more

Put a hold on my mail for 2 weeks, and for those 2 weeks mail was delivered to my home every day.

A pretty efficient PO. I was in and out within 5 mins of waiting in line with 6-7 people ahead of me. They do have an interesting plexiglass window surrounding the cashier, which I thought was odd. Maybe it used to be a bank before. And you actually had to place your package in a 2-way receiving canal window (also surrounded by plexiglass) for them to take it in. But in the end, all that matters is that they are efficient, even when I called to check why my package has not received any updates. They transferred me to people who knew the answers. read more

Is it me or does this place seem too protected? They have like bullet proof glass and everything. My thing is, it's more of an inconvenience sometimes. Like when I bring in packages, I need to set them somewhere, not lift up a gate and insert packages, then if I didn't push my gate down all the way, she can't open her side to get the packages. Many of times, the only problem I encountered here, was the line gets too long, and they don't open another register. One thing I will admit that I like, is when they encounter a problem with a customer, they call the supervisor right away and have that person step to the side so they can take the next customer. So to me, the staff is very friendly and will always answer your questions, even when they have a huge line. One thing I don't understand... they actually have a sign outside that says where the poison ivy is? (Look at the picture I uploaded) It looks as if they're growing it. Spoke to the "carrier supervisor" about a delayed package that had no updated tracking info since early yesterday AM and he barely let me speak. I can understand they probably have received a lot of phone calls today due to the weather/delays yesterday but that doesn't excuse a supervisor from being rude and showing a clear attitude the moment he jumped on the phone. By the way, UPS did deliver yesterday in the storm. Don't know why I even bother trying to save a few dollars on USPS delivery service with slower delivery time, more frequent delays, and horrible customer service. read more

For the 4th time i have done the online link to have my mail held while on vacation. This is the 4th time i have had to tell them to deliver the mail even though my confirmation CLEARLY states that it is to be delivered. This review is moreso based on the performer of the carriers and the service as a whole than the actual physical location, but I will give a brief note about it. * The office itself is fine. They're normally slammed busy and most of the employees inside don't show a sense of urgency, but they've always been nice enough. When we shipped wedding invitations out, the clerk first told us they don't hand stamp, and then proceeded to give us the stamp to do it ourselves. So, that's not great. Otherwise fine * As for the service that's provided for the area in terms of shipping... good lord...I could write a novel about the poor service I've seen since moving to this area in great detail, but I'm on a cellphone and the thought of giving them that much time kills me inside. For the most part, they are awful. I have never had so much mail lost anywhere I've ever lived. They have lost so many important pieces of information that I've begin exploring other options for shipping so I don't have to deal with it. They routinely give people in our complex the wrong mail, packages, etc. Did you get a delivery confirmation and no package? It's probably at someone else's door or in someone else's mailbox. Expecting an extremely valuable and time sensitive letter? Well, kiss that thing goodbye. The sheer volume of these occurrences is baffling to me. On way more than one occasion I've stayed home to receive a package, only to go out later and realize that they left me a "could not deliver" slip without ever having rang the doorbell. It's as if some of them go out of their way not to put quality into their work. Listen, I completely understand that it's a hard job, but that's what you signed up for and people rely on you to make sure you're completing said job effectively. read more

This post office is not within this realm. They have this huge plexiglass that acts as a barrier (they forget it was a postal worker that went postal not a customer) so does that protect? They do not open until 10 am what is with that businesses open at 8- 9 am although the staff may be friendly it does not compensate for the inconveniences long lines because of late opening (they use to open earlier) all post office not just saddle brook they get paid plenty of dollars and have great benefits but getting very laxed and the price of shipping and stamps keep going up and then they want to know why people are using ups or fed x or some other shipping company The thing that gets me is mail on my street does not get delivered until 5 pm or later and this sometimes causes problems time wise when a letter has to be answered and if a saturday has to wait until monday yet when the sub is on delivery mail gets delivered anywhere between 10 am and 2 pm so whats the deal ? They want more and give less typical government read more
