I mailed a small package which was letter sized about 4 weeks ago, it never arrived at its destination. I went to speak with the clerk, she said wait 30 days and go online to file for investigation. Well, about that time the sample collection was not any good for a food sensitivity test. The line was so long, and I patiently waited for her to tell me that in 2 seconds. I do not understand how you lose something like this. I have mailed Christmas cards from this location and checked with recipients to check when they received the cards, some received mail 2 weeks afterwards!! I am becoming so annoyed with the US Post Office, I never have this problem with FedX or UPS Store. The cost of postal stamps are constantly increasing every year, but the service is becoming more and more inconsistent. read more

Just moved to the area and needed to update my address. Was given this address as my local post office. GPS broughte right to it. Parking out front with steps and a ramp to get inside. Short wait with two tellers assisting people. Line went quick. I worked the Breanna. She was professional, pleasant and informative. Felt very welcomed. read more

The facilities very clean. They have a lot to offer such as gift bags and specialty packaging for Christmas and other holidays. There's typically a long wait, so just keep this in mind. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I spent $145 to send a box Priority on 12/20. The expected delivery date was 12/23. It didn't even leave this location until 12/23. Then it sat in St. Louis for days. It took 13 days to get delivered (longer than another box I sent ground), but I can't get a refund on Priority shipping, so don't waste your money. This isn't the first time this location has taken days to move my mail into the system. It's taken as long as 10 days. Use a different location. read more

She made my mom feel awful after she asked a few questions and shanna blew up on her, then I tried to be cordial with her, and she was even more rude to me. I have lived in 5 states and multiple cities in some of those states. I can honestly say this is the worst mail service I have ever had. I routinely receive mail for someone who has the same address numbers but on a different street about a mile from me. I took the time to locate a phone number for that person and would call her as I was receiving her medication and other personal important mail and I no longer trusted the post office to deliver it to the right street. This carrier has been of for medical leave for several months and I have not had the problem but she is obviously back and once again I am getting mail for this same person plus mail for an unknown name addressed to my address. This time we put them both into the mail box noting it was again delivered to the wrong address. They were then taken out of the mailbox but returned to our mailbox a couple of days later. We have been missing bank and credit card statements over the year and a half we have lived here. It makes me uncomfortable as to where they are going. I have never received a call from the person with the same house number to tell me she has them. I called the office today...their local number 636-922-2077 not the 800 number. They did answer and the person said se was one of the supervisors. She had a bit of an attitude and told me my regular carrier had bee off for 3 days but was back on today. She should let her know what was going on. I believe the regular carrier is the one who made the initial delivery and probably the one who put if back in our box. Also just before the went out on medical leave yes days before Christmas she left card in our mailbox telling us she would be going out on leave and the exact date that would be her last day. I felt it was to make sure she got the Christmas gifts and not a fill-in carrier. It was very strange. She is a government employee, no gifts! read more

I can't speak for all of the employees at the service desk but the one I had today was rude slow and argumentative. There were three people in front of me and I waited in line 20 minutes. When it was my turn as as I stepped forward the employee for that position just looked at me, turned around and walked away and went in the back. I have never received poorer customer service than what I received from Jennifer at this post office. Absolutely no ppl skills and not apologetic at all for their mistake. Mail carrier didn't pick up a package so I had to hand deliver it after work on my own time due to said mistake. Stood in line for 30 mins to speak to someone. As you can see, they threw the letters in next to the package rather than take the package for delivery as it was clearly marked. Unbelievable. read more

Postal worker named NELLY at this location needs a serious attitude adjustment. I paid about $20 extra to have a package signed for and not left at the retriever's door bc it contained a very expensive handbag. I checked the tracking to see if it was delivered and it showed it was left on the porch. I go back to this location to get a refund since I didn't get what I paid for. Nelly immediately insisted to choose that option myself...said it gave me an option to have it physically signed or leave if no answer. I didn't even see that question on the screen, I literally told her what I wanted and paid. She immediately got self-defensive and got a major attitude and INSISTED that I picked that option. Nelly, you need a new job bc you suck at this one. Why would I pay extra to have that damn package left there? And the person I mailed it to said the mailman didn't even knock on her door, just left it there! Bunch of brainless idiots who work here. You question them on something and they get so quick to get self defensive instead of hearing the customer out. read more

Terrible customer service 1. Was on hold for OVER an HOUR and still got to no one 2. I explained my problem to the bald man, and he (a) got my tracking number wrong after I repeated it multiple time and (b) went looking for my package AFTER I told him it was already shipped. My experience with this USPS location on Woodstone Drive was horrific. I went there 3 times in one day to get a failed delivery refund. The staff was rude and very ignorant of PO procedure. Even the acting postmaster (LH) didn't follow policies. Two consumer affairs reports have been filed. This post office branch needs training on basic policy and customer service. There is no wonder, if this branch is indicative of nationwide trends, that the post office is losing business and billions of dollars. No private company could survive with this level of incompetence and poor customer service. Your tax dollars at work. read more

Very bad customer service. Even the post master and the supervisor there have very bad attitude.

Worst customer service ever. Will not deliver package to my front porch when it doesn't fit in the mailbox. Instead, I have to drive 5 miles to the post office the day after attempted delivery to pick up my packages. I avoid using USPS whenever possible. Awful. read more

A good example of why ups and fedex make more money than they know what to do with and the usps is broke. They wouldn't even put a strip on tape on the top of my box. Had to buy a $4 roll. Thanks for being as unhelpful as possible. read more
