I've used this post office for years for my business. There are certain employees to avoid and others that will try to help you. Lisa is extremely rude and will do whatever it takes to inconvenience you. Most of the other employees try their best to help you save money on shipping and get you what you need. read more

Everything could approve! Of the huge selection of negative issues to address, the very worst feature is the mail delivery! Our assigned letter carrier is "Jeff", (and has been for many years 10..?). Often arrives at the house between 6:30pm and 8:00PM. In 40 years we have never seen this, we've even had 3 letter carriers tell us that this is unacceptable. But wait, he is also the supervisor of the 63304 "Safety Committee". One little problem and he forgets he has a route to deliver.. ridiculous!! We rarely get any mail on Saturdays; sometimes arrives Monday thru Wednesday, or not at all. Something stinks here because we have Informed Delivery and know what is scheduled for our house. Don't move into the 63304 P.O. area if the above performance is not acceptable. BTW, people in our neighborhood have complained many times, to no avail. Your tax $ at work and the USPS is raising rates again in 2026! read more

What a shame, this used to be a really good post office. My mom used to work here and retired from here. Service is just about nonexistent. The person that just helped me couldn't have been more rude. I had a TikTok return and apparently they don't like those. I asked for a return receipt and was given a blank stare and then she printed it, handed it to me and I said thank you and she just looked at me and said nothing. It doesn't really take a lot of effort to be nice. Sheesh. If you hate your job so much, maybe don't be in customer service.. read more

I understand things happen, but if I select OVERNIGHT delivery, I'm not sure why but I expect, OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. Not delivery a week later! Ok it's a post office. The service. Could be fast but the workers are tired we are in the middle of a pandemic. Trying to stay safe and provide excellent service can take time. The place is clean. The employees are super kind yet over worked. Look it's hard shipping Americas mail. While people who stand in line and pass judgment. I mean, it's the Post Office. Who loves standing in line there? I'm a reseller, so I visit several times a week with prepaid and labeled Priority Mail boxes. It took me some time to realize that if I dropped packages into the box outdoors, or the one in the lobby, they weren't scanned until they got to St. Louis (as in, to the city; like, many miles away). And typically not until around 11:30 pm, even if dropped very early in the morning. That wasn't at ALL comforting, as I would have zero record of an item having been sent/dropped off if it were to go missing. Nothing ever has, thank goodness, but with this knowledge, I do one of two things now: I wait in line and have my packages scanned to get receipts or if it's really long, I drop the packages on the far counter, inside. They do get scanned at that location, before moving on to the city, though it typically takes a few hours. All of this affects my shipping time on the platform I resell on, so I prefer to have packages scanned earlier, rather than later. The outdoor drop box had yellow caution tape all over it for quite literally a couple of months, which was frustrating if I wanted to drop and go, without having to get out of the car. I think it's been repaired, though with the aforementioned scanning knowledge, I don't use it. Side note: Reyna is the best! Always has a smile and encourages me to take the survey found at the bottom of the receipt. I'm sure they don't get too many awesome reviews, but she is definitely a five star gal. read more

Why have self service when all the package drop opening are locked? i tried to drop off a labeled package at the St Peters and the O'Fallon post office and both had the drop openings locked.. useless... read more

St. Peter's, MO off Mexico Road the Supervisor there should be fired. She refused to help me with a package that was returned to me for no valid reason. I had called the 800# for the help and the post office for the location it was supposed to arrive at called me and both asked me to get help from my local post office. The Supervisor refused to do anything that they asked for me to have done. It should have never been returned they made a mistake and their tracking actually shows it's still out there but arriving late but it was returned to me in error. She wouldn't reship it for me without me paying again and I was treated like trash because the label was printed off the Etsy site which has an agreement with the USPS. No customer should be treated like this & they were paid to deliver it and did not for no valid reason. I've went to this location for over 21 years and was treated like trash and she didn't help me at all she gave me bad advice saying to get a refund on the label from Etsy which she is not smart enough to know you can't after so long AND after it's been in their tracking system. I hope one day we have another option of where to mail items since they have the monopoly on the business they don't give a crap and it shows! So again I've been ripped off oh and I was treated like I should not come to their office because they're not in charge of my home delivery well the problem wasn't with my home delivery and I should be able to go to any USPS office to get help with a problem. May Karma pay her back because she CERTAINLY deserves it. I know she's getting paid well and this is how her customers are treated and it was over their mistake her her rude and cruel behavior! read more

I have bought stamps at this location twice. The first time, I had a very friendly, nice and interesting friend. She took her time showing me the stamps and souvenir sheets. I decided to come back; however, the next time, the person who waited on me was standoffish, acted irritated that she had to wait on me, and had a sour puss look on her face as if she hates people. Perhaps it was resting bitch face. And she was really a basic bitch. I'm going to think twice before I go to this location again. They should have stamps at each of the registers but she didn't have any. She had to walk to a back room to get what I wanted; when she came back, she looked and acted mad. And she needs a serious attitude adjustment. read more

My business pays for a PO Box that is in good standing. I have no forwards on the account, yet somehow my mail is occasionally rejected as "no forwarding address" or "no such person". And I can get no answers. Reduced staffing isn't causing this problem. Our Post Office needs an overhaul from top to bottom. read more

Went to mail a package. I was third line. 2 customers in front of me were getting passports and had appointments but had to take a number and wait with us because the 1 clerk was waiting on everyone! Took 30 minutes. All customers had to wait on lobby. Only one customer waited on at a time. Super slow and inefficient! read more

i heard the post office drop off my package today which wasnt a big deal. i was getting ready for a picnic so i waited to get it. two hours later i find my package ON TOP OF MY MAILBOX. it was there for two whole hours. i was shocked. anyone could've stolen it and i would lost 40 bucks. absolute bs. read more

We had some snow hit on Feb 2nd and 3rd. The first day there really was no reason to not run the mail but ok. On the 3rd I could cut them some slack because the snow was coming down during the day and it was quite a bit. But by the 4th the snow has stopped, sun was out, and the roads were COMPLETELY CLEAR, even side streets. Now today on the 5th I still get a notification on tracking for a "delivery exception" due to the weather, there has been NO MORE SNOW! The sun is out again. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason the mail should not be running. People have medicines and other urgent needs and no delivering the mail because there was snow a few days ago is PATHETIC! It's even more pathetic to think of their little motto about "rain, sleet, or snow" won't stop the mail. Of all the snow we've had over the years this is the first time I can remember them not running. They used put chains on tires and get it done but I guess they've weakened like the rest of society and the government that runs them. Whoever made the decision the not deliver on February 4th and 5th needs to be gone for the St Peters post office and the postal service in general! read more

This is the worst Post office I have ever walked into. I mailed a defective part to return it. Postage when it was sent to me was $3.36. To send it back, they demanded $9.50. Additionally, a second time, they would not allow an aircraft manual to be sent at 'book rate'. The postmaster acted like the epitome of a jerk bureaucrat waiting for retirement. My friends relate similar experiences at this post office. I tried to file a complaint with the Postmaster General but all that happened was crickets. read more

Went in for passports and they didn't have time to accommodate on the first visit, and they pushed us off to schedule an appointment online. Couldn't schedule appointment for two weeks and when we did finally show up to the appointment, had to wait another half an hour just to be seen, after the appointment time. What's the point in scheduling an appointment online if we had to wait until the clerk had time....? read more
