One man, I am sorry but I did not catch his name, gave me sarcasm when I asked him where to go for check out. I asked because no POS had someone anywhere near them except for the front which is for FedEx necessities. This man insisted that I go to the incorrect place to checkout and said that he would give me a discount. When in reality the checkout that I should've gone to was right in front of me. But I'm not about to go to a cash register with no cashier. That's silly. And I will admit that right now I'm blowing off steam as I did not appreciate this employees sarcasm. Management, if you're reading this review, please reprimand this person. Dublin was the one who checked me out she was present when this took place.

I was there for about 1.5 hours cutting invitations he printed for me. So I observed Brian zipping around the store helping ALL Customers and being so personable with them - he was non stop and it was very impressive. Asking their name, asking how he could help - he made me want to get a job there! He even got me a water while I was sitting/cutting my invitations he printed. You can tell his employees mirror his go-getter attitude and persona to help all customers the best that they can. I will only come back to this store for my office max/depot needs.

It was just as easy as promised, and I also got the option of a plastic cover. It was under $6, quick and easy, and my niece will love her gift. The Office Depot employee was very helpful and worked quickly. The Print Center is just inside the entrance, so you can't miss it. And you pay for your order there, saving time. Love it. I'm going to go back and take some coloring books for adults and do the same thing. What an easy way to upgrade a gift.

Terrible customer service I came in to ship two packages and they had an attitude because my…read morepackages were not taped however, every other location does not charge you for tape. It's just sad this store, nickels and dimes you. I then stated that I needed to refuse a package and there's no longer any UPS location only UPS stores or Access points. The bald gentleman was very rude and said well it's not gonna go anywhere and I said well I'm just doing what customer service told me to do. I then said I will just go to a different location because apparently you do not care about your customers and this is just a nickel and timing situation and has not been a great experience nor have I been treated professionally and the bald gentleman started yelling. what the hell ma'am and going off I will be making sure I call Corporate . This was extremely unpleasant.
