To USPS, I was super excited to receive an early Valentines…read moregift for my girlfriend! Next thing I know, "delivered". I rushed home and saw nothing. I am still waiting to hear from them and my package is nowhere to be found. I am very disappointed in their abilities to ship it to the correct address, which is easy to locate and read. I hope they can understand my frustration.

New postmaster/manager. I moved to Sartell from DC in 2017 and always went to this location for…read moreservice. Staff there were outstanding especially Kate. Not so much anymore. About a year ago the head lady retired and the one to replace her is not nice. I try not to go to her for service but sometimes it's unavoidable but after last week I will not ever go back in there again for her if I have to stand and wait in line for someone else or go to a different location and this is not the first time that I've had a bad experience with her. She's very condescending she's rude. She treats you like a piece of dirt. I ship a lot to my family that is stationed in the military F PO Box. She doesn't know what she's doing. I can fill out those forms better than her. I always come prepared with the custom filled out. She even not too long ago lost a very important piece for my son's car Because she filled out the form wrong. It was lost for several months before it finally came back to me and I had to resend it. I continued to go back whenever I needed to send something, but after my experience with her this week, I left and went to one of the locations in Waite Park, which is not convenient, but the people are very nice as, long as she's there, I will not go back if it means I have to step aside and wait for the next clerk to be free. She definitely needs some customer service training.. and if it was because of the holiday, I would give her a break. OK you're busy but she's like that all the time she snaps I asked if I had to sign something which I've always had to do. No, you don't have to. oh OK well, I've always well you don't have to again very rude. I'll avoid going there at all cost if she's the only one I can see. I don't make this decision lightly because it's inconvenient for me as well and I like to give people the chance, but I've given her too many.

The employees are really friendly and they got me in and out, quickly. If you need stamps, a P.O. Box, ship packages off and etc, you're at the right place. This is, hands down, the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Spent 20 minutes…read morestraight trying to get through on the phone to speak with someone about undelivered mail. The line wasn't busy, it's that no one ever bothered to PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, someone just hung up without answering. I was to have 8 pieces of mail delivered yesterday and 3 pieces today. I saw the mail truck stop in front of my mailbox this morning, but he did not leave any mail and failed to pick up the two outgoing envelopes. I had the flag up. No one answers the phone. I tried three times and it rang, and rang, and rang and then someone just hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service from the USPS!!!!!!!!

I've never had a bad experience at this Post Office aside from sometimes having to wait in a long line, depending upon the day and time of visit. Monday mornings are not a good time to stop into the Post Office generally. Two thumbs up for this particular U.S. Post Office location.
