I want to give Daniel, the supervisor at this USPS location 5 starts because he went out of his way to deliver my packages himself when I was frustrated about the status of my delivery and thought it was not an accurate update, he investigated the situation and reassured me of its accuracy, and i appreciate that effort. I was wrong about what I believed as well. He has handled every inquiry or concern I've had with attention and compassion, and went the extra mile to fulfill his service and to reassure me. Minus one star. I went to the post office to speak to the manager of the day. I was clean, well-dressed and spoke politely and articulately. He spoke to me as if I had a tail. Postal workers are protected and feel that they can speak to anyone in any way!!! I'm not done with this little shabby shack in the lower desired area. I'm seeking legal action. Just "WOW"!!!!! I rarely go in to post office anymore but to get a money order. This place smelled like someone's dirty feet! The floors were thick with filth like they never been mopped in years ! Not to mention the high touch areas looked disgusting and felt slimy. Does this post office follow Covid guidelines? Called earlier today to inquire if the package was still at the office since everything closes at 5pm. The operator tells me to come at 7pm to the blue door & you can get your package. She wild up Veronica which is omg the attitude rudeness the angry yelling telling me she calling the cops for asking for complaint forms then Cynthia gets to yelling talking rude to customers making other customers feeling uncomfortable then telling them I was recording there transactions when I was recording for my safety because they are escalating every situation and yelling. the worst post office ive ever had to deal with. the mail man which is a lady said something rude to me about a year ago so i reported that, like i told the supervisor my mail wasnt getting delivered on purpose and he said that wasnt true. this bish puts these letters in my mail box instead of delivering to my door so i could sign for them. when you do go up there to complain they dont do anything. this post office is a mess and i can not wait to move. i havent been getting my mail in over 6 months not knowing that they didnt complete the change of address i did in the system. im beyond pissed and i will be finding out about my legal rights. im so tired of this post office i dont want any more mail from them period. i am going to contact a different one and see the steps to take. read more

I had an amazing mail carrier who never skipped a beat. He was always I mean always delivering to the proper address. As far as I know no one else ever. Complained about Dave. I know he retired but he's been replaced and either the post office or the carrier has everything messed up. Im the.mail carrier in my neighborhood. I had to visit this post office because I moved from out of town to San Bernardino and hadn't received any mail for almost 4 weeks. The cashier couldn't seem to help me so she called her supervisor to help. As soon as the supervisor came from the back, you could immediately tell that she was pissed off. Her body language & the expression on her face screamed, "What the hell do YOU want? As I was speaking to her, some of her answers were sarcastic and she made it known that my concerns were of little to no concern to her. I've worked in customers service for over 20 years so I know how challenging it may be. But as a supervisor, you're supposed to lead by example & care more about your guests. they sent my package to the wrong house then sent it back to the sender. now they are taking no responsibility for their mistake. usps is not as good as fedex or ups. i called this place about 30 times before someone FINALLY answered the phone. a very rude man with an Indian accent. when i tried to explain my situation, he cuts me off and tells me to call MY local USPS office about my package and would not let me inform him that the tracking number to my package clearly indicated that the package was last at his facility, and had been there for 4 days, before being returned back the the sender. then when i said "can you just listen and let me finish my sentence?" he cuts me off again and says "hold on" puts me on hold for about 15 minutes while i can hear him in the background talking to someone else, clearly with no intentions of picking up the phone to talk to me. now i am out on my money and the item i paid for read more

I normally don't care to write reviews but I'm over USPS. Every single day when the mail comes, we get other people's mail. It never fails. My brother ordered a US Passport for my nephew and it never arrived. When we went to ask about it they said it was delivered and they can't do anything about it. Fine, but tell your employees to get their shit together! You're dealing with sensitive information and the fact that they are sending mail to wrong addresses is complete bullshit. My sister also had a package sent to our home and our neighbors brought it to us. The package was opened! This isn't a restaurant where you can fix it if you send food to the wrong table. What happens if people get a hold of bank statements? Or tax documents with people's social security numbers on them? My nephews passport was never returned to us by whoever it was sent to. The worst experience I've ever encountered with any postal office! I ship and receive packages almost everyday for my business to my home. I'm in the postal office nearly everyday. This postal office is very unprofessional on how they communicate and run their facility with their customers. They will tell you to expect a returned phone call or for someone to get back to you with the missing package THEY mis-delivered or LOST and you will never hear back from them, not until you go down there and raise hell!! When ever the regular postal worker on route is off and they put a substitute in their place pretty much expect for your packages to be just delivered to just any address! Then be forced to knock on every neighbors door in an attempt to recover it. Im so done with Del Rosa station they assume no responsibility for their actions!
