I never amazed how much better this business gets with my packages especially to my son 2000k miles away! He still gets his care packages on time no matter what day it is or how late I send them. This place used to be so reasonable and the owner Gino was always so kind. I haven't seen the owner in a while, hopefully all is well for him. Now they charge $6 per box. So expensive. Sad. The government gouges us enough. Now this place is overcharging for cardboard. read more

I only went here bc of the great yelp reviews. I am glad i did. They're just down the hill from me and it Saved me money, saved me time and saved me gas. (Ups is a 20min drive away) Also, it's so refreshing to have great customer service from the mom and pop business, than the miserable employee at the big institutions. Geno was very helpful, friendly and kind. His wife was also very kind as well. He helped me send something that would have been $34 via ups, but his suggestion cost me only $9.89. He also came and looked for me when i was about to pull off, bc i left my credit card there. And he checked on me to see if I needed a jump bc it looked like my car was stalled. He said, "God bless you" to me and again to another customer on our way out and I saw it again written on the receipt. Very nice people and pleasant experience which left me feeling happy, unlike the post office which leaves me depressed and stressed out afterwards, haha. read more

The owner always helps me, and he's so friendly. He really goes out of his way to help you out and make you feel welcomed. It's never really busy when I go, and service is always fast. Geno and his wife are the best!! Geno took extra time and care with a very special, sentimental package I was mailing to my son. It was an album my late husband (my son's Dad) had made in the 60's when he was in a popular band. He passed away in 2002. I was mailing it to my son who lives in another state and was very nervous it would get broken in the mail. Geno took extra time and made sure it was packaged well. When my son received it he was very impressed on how careful it was packaged. If you ever need help packaging and mailing anything, this is the place to go! My son moved from California to New York to go to college (Columbia University, said the proud mother). So far, he has requested his trombone, which I had no idea where to even start packaging that and his Xbox with 2 controllers, 9 games, and all of the cables. These guys didn't bat an eye...they had my son's stuff boxed, labeled and ready to ship in no time. I highly recommend them! read more

We needed to drop something off for UPS to be shipped back. Simply to DROP OFF per instructions. When my husband went in to try & drop it off the guy wouldn't accept it & told him to go to Kinkos. We went to another mail store & they were able to handle it by asking a few questions- and took our package, no problem! Maybe today was a bad day for them, I don't know, but our experience today was not anything like those I've read here. read more
