This is by far one of the worst post offices I have gone to. On Saturdays is really bad with one employee usually working the counter. No matter the time you go in, there's always a line. Great service here. Came around 10:35am on a Saturday and explained my situation with my delivery where they got it resolved. I initially went in and spoke to a lady (forgot her name) who was very kind and helpful but with my peculiar situation she had me check with another guy named Isaac. I spoke with Isaac who went to check for my delivery in the back and didn't find it although he ended speaking with the carrier to make sure my package was getting delivered to the right address. A huge shoutout to Isaac and the lady working with him today for their wonderful service. read more

I normally go to the Rancho Cucamonga location but this was close to me at the time. I had to ship something off and the wait was minimal compared to Rancho. I had a tracking number for a package my parents were shipping over to me through USPS. They accidentally wrote the wrong address, but I went to this post office to get it fixed. They said they'll retrieve the package from the address during the next mailing route. I never got a follow up on the package, checked the address it was sent to on accident and left them contact cards and info that USPS was going to retrieve my package. Days later, i noticed my contact cards were no longer at the residence I dropped them off at, but still no contact through the residence or USPS concerning retrieving my package. read more

The employees at the counter are always helpful and are pleasant. I haven't had much in the way of issues with my mail. The inside is usually clean. However the manager of this branch is not very helpful. I did send a package recently where the tracking was not being updated. When i asked why the tracking moved she said it probably just didn't get scanned and (her words) that I sent it the "slowest cheapest way possible." I felt that wording was dismissive of my concern and slightly rude. I also had a package delivered to another address and basically couldn't get anywhere with the investigation of it. I had to have the sender replace it but in the terms and conditions I am only able to have this done once. Hopefully I won't have any other issues since it is a company I buy from regularly. read more

I recommend coming to this location when it opens at 9 AM during the week. It isn't crowded and you can find plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They will assist you in picking out the right type of postage for your packages along with tracking. The staff has little jokes they tell regular customers. It is a very friendly atmosphere to be in. read more

Long line inside waiting to buy stamps it can take about 30 to 40 minutes wait depending who got there first course. I can't imagine overwhelming for the employees management need to do better for the customer and their employees.They were nice even with the pressure of a lot people.I was there waiting 30 minutes also we customers did good waiting some just left .Is sad how some workers get over work. minimum they need 3 people in rush hours. read more

Be very careful if you use a PO Box at this location. They placed our package slip for pick up at the counter in the wrong PO Box slot. Over $1000 in product. And they just gave it away. It's been a week and no resolution. 17 people working on it my butt!!! Also saying they cant go after the owner of the box they gave my package to. Worst Post Office Ever. The manager JEFF There Is Horrible and has no respect for customers , he not only talks over you but he does not try to help you find solutions for your problem what so ever . On top of that he Hangs Up In My Face Without Giving Me Corporate's number . Not only that employees are now Stealing Packages and claiming to leave it at the door . I just moved to a new place never had a mail issue till I got here they refuse to put my mail in my mailbox and are training they employees to go off last name and not by address like the mail should be, I went up to the post office about the issues and the lady said that's how the mail works since when do you go off a person lease and not they address if that was the cause we wouldn't get mail that say or current resident. Our mail person lies about deliveries especially today stating could not deliver package due to interruption of an animal so what that means is they went to the wrong address surprise surprise. Mailbox broken into several times. Called the Post Office, after it IS a FEDERAL CRIME. Advised to come rent a post office box. REFUSED to take a report on the crime. Now that they are 'independent' from the US Government, they do not care. I sent a CERTIFIED LETTER. It was "lost". The person at the Post Office said "we will try to find it and let you know..." Wow. Where do I begin? $90 a year for a P.O. Box that USPS employees can manage to get my stuff in, well THIS week, ZERO percent of the time. They send packages arriving TO us out to other states. They "misread" (that's a quote) zip codes on TYPED LABELS, sending our stuff to other post offices in the area who mark our INCOMING MAIL, "Return to Sender" and send our CHRISTMAS PACKAGES back to the vendors. Here's the best part: The second time we stood in the holiday line, to explain this giant problem/mix up AGAIN, the lady told us to, "file another complaint so we can all get our asses chewed again and get this problem straightened out for once". And I don't even blame her! I know what it's like to work with imbeciles. I blame the people in charge that, by providing substandard workers, put unfair disadvantage on the people who DO work and who DO know what's going on. That being said, the second woman from this location that called me after hearing from USPS HQ was NOT happy. She wanted me to go over this entire BS again. Which I refused. DONE DOING THIS POST OFFICE'S WORK FOR THEM. I do not recommend this trainwreck post office. We do not feel confident we are getting all of our mail in our box (how could we be?) Do yourself a favor and save your sanity by avoiding this post office. It is full of unhelpful and lazy employees waiting to cash in on their retirement. The final straw was when i failed to get a package on the due date. I went there and employee took less than a minute to look before she came out and said no package. Days went by and I called to report a problem. I went to the post office again. Calling no doubt worked because they came out with my package quick and said that they received a call about it and then Maria said the package was at the post office since Mon, the same day i originally went. All the community mail boxes in our area were broken into. I know that the post office will not replace them, they cost up to a $1000. Our mail carriers workload must be easier now. Maria is a supervisor here and trust me she has no customer service skills what so ever. She walks into the room as if she is the most unhappy person on the planet. She never has any suggestions on resolutions and i have seen her several times lie to upper management in order to justify her actions. If you ever come to this Post office be aware if a supervisor named Maria is your last hope at some sort of solution to a problem you are better off turning to the post office website and typing a complaint. Horrible customer service. The clerk at the counter REALLY DIDNT CARE TO HELP ME. Needed to speak to a supervisor. Supposeably the supervisor was out helping a carrier with a problem. There was no second in command on duty. I guess they don't have any accountability which leads me to my next complaint... I called their office 5 times earlier this week only to have it ring off the hook...no answer, but now that I know there is no accountability I guess they don't have to answer the phone. My friends have many other bad experiences at the post office. You can call the 800 number for help but the recording always says at least an hour wait. Wtf? Yes I'm frustrated. read more

The workers are just so humble and friendly especially Dee and Mari she is the best and I wish everyone working at the post offices can be just like her. just got home and found an envelope that has making tape on it because someone opened it and took the contents out which was a dvd from the NRA and a collectors coin. I have never had so many problems with mail service my life! I have had lost mail, stolen mail, now opened and tapped mail with contents stolen. read more
