I went to the store on 3/23/26 and the owner happened to be there I introduced myself and had small talk. A Young man at the cashier handed me an envelope and introduced himself as the one I spoke to that day. He apologized and thank me with a genuine smile. I want everyone to know that sometimes a mishap takes place and it's Okay but when management correct it and acknowledge the downfall is commendable. She said "nothing is here" she didn't bother to look around to search or offer ANY EXPLANATION!! It was dropped there -so it's there somewhere or other coworkers took it? I firmly asked her are you sure it's not somewhere here -she semi looked in one mail bag -just shook her head "nope nothing in here"! I then called her & asked her if she could look at store video from @10 days ago if I gave her the exact date..she said "I am NOT going to do that" then I told her "OK"and she hung up on me.
