I do have to say when I entered I am entirely glad the AC was working. It is one person taking everyone on the line while another individual (this time a younger boy) was wandering around aimlessly. He could've taken some patrons to make the line lessen for the elder individual running the store at the time. They put someone to deliver packages between 12 to 2pm, the employee have our contact information and he never call us to pick up the packages, also, when we go to the box i get the yellow slip which means that i have a package but the employee who suppose to be there until 2 pm is never there or he does not contact us or leaves before 1:30 and sometimes earlier. the result is that they return the package to the sender, you are paying for an employee who is not doing his work or left his area before the stablish. i am paying a PO Box and the service is horrible.
