Given the financial difficulties that the US post office is in, you'd think they'd try and have warm and inviting places of business that focus on customer satisfaction. This has to be one of the grubbiest post offices that I've seen. There wasn't even a one to write an address on the package. At least the line moved quickly. That was definitely appreciated. I haven't had any problems when it comes to the actual customer service or attitude from the employees (honestly they've always been very nice to me), but the wait time at this particular location is insane. I spent my entire one hour lunch break on a Thursday afternoon standing in line to mail one package. 45 minutes into the hour is when a second employee came up to take more customers. Typically there is usually only one clerk working, and the line is out the door. Numerous times people have left the line because they just don't want to wait or have already been waiting a very long time. I'm not too sure if they are understaffed or what, but if you are in a rush, I wouldn't recommend this particular location. read more

We have gone to this post office FOUR times for a package that has been lost in the system for almost a month. No one has helped us until we met Natina. She was amazing!! She found our package in just a few minutes and returned it back to us. She made our whole day. She was incredibly sweet and fast at her job. I say give my girl a raise cause she deserves the world. It's a big post office. I've always had great service there, use the self-service checkout if you don't want to wait in line.

Got notice package not delivered because postage due. Stood in 20 person line for over 30 minutes. Once at window clerk gone for another 20 plus minutes to tell me cannot find package, would notify supervisor and call me. It is now day 3 and no call. I call and no one answers phone. While in line people came in with bags of clothes they wanted to ship, did not box until after clerk took 5 minutes to tell them what to do, they then moved to the front of line after packaging. But clerk had to make out shipping label for them. Need a person checking everyone in line to see if ready to ship. Another lady had boxed up but had to make out labels with clerk. YES this is the holidays people are just lazy. read more

I walked into the post office to mail a package to my granddaughter and was astounded when I saw a line of about 12 other people ahead of me waiting for service there was only one customer service representative and just as I rolled my eyes to the back of my head in disgust a gentleman and a dress shirt came from the back office area and began assisting a customer s finding those that had small packages which included myself he walked up to the front of the post office and showed me step by step how to mail my package without having to go to the customer service desk I was in and out within 5 minutes it was truly one of the best experiences I've had in awhile. read more

We used to get our mail at the office around 11 am.... over time this became 2.... then 3..... and usually by 4 pm we would have our mail. It is currently 5:25pm, my office is closed.... and I'm still sitting here waiting for my mail. I'm sure I'll be told it's because yesterday was Columbus Day, because apparently the post office celebrates treasure seeking Spaniards. FedEx and UPS were both operating yesterday btw.... My point is that the postal service is inefficient,lazy, and needs to be repealed. read more

I waited in line for 30 minutes to send the package. This post office is big and clean and the customer service was fine, but I won't be coming back. My shipment wasn't going far away, it would've taken less time for me to just drive it there. There were a lot of people in line and only one teller on-duty. read more
