It was my problem to call Amazon and fix their mistake . When I asked about labels they find was told they just throw them away . Amazon said take it back to house and they would pick it up . Rude owner/manager . Said they were understaffed and way too busy to stick all the labels on as boxes come in. Not a good enough excuse to skip putting the label on package . It takes two seconds . This was a huge box with a mattress in it. Do better ups owner.

"you want to speak to an agent yes?" YES. Ok, the agent will need a tracking number. I enter it. Again the agent will need a tracking number blah blah blah... I said I entered it. AGENT. You want an agent yes? YES. We need a tracking number..... and around we go until It says goodbye I will go help another customer and hangs up. HOW INSANE IS THIS????? Today I will just DRIVE to the local post office and try to figure out why some box is postage due when I paid shipping already. Can't just CALL AND ASK THEM. OH NO. I met the mail lady and she said she would have someone call ME. That was Friday. This is Monday. No call. Another government agency at work for we the people. Aside from that one thing the mail delivery people have been great, and usually the staff IN the post office are great. the people in the post office are fine and almost always 5 stars…read more BUT, my mail carrier is a darn fool. leaving a package in a box that doesn't fit in the mailbox propped between the mailbox and a wooden post. if it were brought to my door like they have done for others on my stree, at least I have a ring doorbell. Out there in the open a theft is so easy to accomplish. I was told that the carrier doesn't have to bring packages to the doorstep. get rid of the post office and make it a private service. This is not the first complaint I've had.

If there is a line it might take 5 to 10 minutes to get through if there's three people on the counter. It's also a small section where you can pick up boxes/packages to mail, but there's no tape so you would need to buy a roll of tape to wrap it. Also, I didn't see any pens out in the open, but perhaps they were hidden? There's hundreds of PO Boxes here. I've never had a bad experience, but again what more can you expect from a post office.
