Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.

I recently visited this FedEx store and was met with a lack of customer service. I had a simple…read morerequest of mailing a document from A to B and generating a prepaid label for B to A to put with the document so the recipient doesn't have to pay money to mail the document back to me. I was first shuttled to a computer to do it all myself and spent 20mins just trying to print the first label A to B. The internet was slow and then I ran into an issue with being able to pay for the second label B to A. Finally, a rep came to help but instead of offering to help they simply gave me a lot of "No we can't do that" or " you have to do that on your account". This further agitated me. Every time I tried to explain I just need a prepaid label going from B to A, they state I had to do a return label on my account. It was very clear the rep didn't want to help (probably because I'm very agitated at this point) and wasn't listening fully to provide me with the correct answer. The manager was watching and didn't intervene to help at all. I left abruptly, frustrated and with only 1 label of 2 labels I needed. The task seemed impossible at this location. Went to the north town location and was helped effortlessly.

There is a sign on the door that states only one person in the lobby at a time (because of COVID) and probably because the lobby is really small. If I need a post office at 8 a.m. on a Saturday in the future, I'll be driving here for sure!

Not even close. OnTrak is a masterclass in how NOT to run a last-mile delivery service. Their idea of "customer service" is a ghosted text message from an AI chatbot with memory issues, and the human touch? Nonexistent. You could train a raccoon to do a better job following delivery instructions. I had clear, simple directions for my package--deliver it to the front door. Not the back alley, not the neighbor's porch, and definitely not "somewhere in the vicinity." Did they follow them? Of course not. It's OnTrak. They treat instructions like optional side quests in a video game they've already rage quit. And let's talk communication. There is no number to call, no one to speak to, just a soulless SMS system that leaves you shouting into the void. "Your package is on the way!" they chirp, right before it's marked delivered... to a location that exists only in a parallel universe. Pro Tip: If your retailer uses OnTrak, stop what you're doing and call them. Demand a different shipping carrier. Don't wait for your package to vanish into thin air like mine did. They need to hear how bad this service is--because clearly, OnTrak isn't listening. Yelp fam, Reddit sleuths, TikTok watchdogs--let's talk about this. Why are companies still using them? Who is benefiting? Certainly not the customer. Tag your favorite retailers and ask them why they're letting this chaos continue. There are better options out there. Now when FedEx Express drops stuff off I asked them if they can take them and drop them off so they can get sent out to my customers. They have told me that they aren't supposed to do that but they will anyways because the package has been sitting in the pickup location for 3+ days. These customers I have are paying alot of money for these parts in general then adding shipping on top of that then they have to wait like a week to get their parts when it should have only taken maybe 3 days to get to them from the time the order is placed by me to the manufacturer, shipped to me then out to them...
