I went in to FedEx overnight a 3.6 lb box. It's the same size I've been sending at other locations…read moremultiple times this year. The most I've ever paid was $210 for Saturday delivery. Upscale mail quoted me $340 to arrive by 4:30, $360 to arrive by noon. I was shocked and questioned it, but was told all costs everywhere had gone up. There also isn't a way to put in my FedEx account number anymore, it's all under their own. I paid the ungodly amount and later looked up the cost on the FedEx site using the same info from my receipt and the cost was $206 to arrive by 8 am, $155 to arrive later. I called back to ask them to double check the rate and was told it was correct. I asked why in the world the markup was double and was told that only the owner has access to what the rates are so he couldn't answer. He was not rude in any way, so I do not fault the employee, but the store itself is an absolute rip off. I send these packages multiple times each year and usually drive to the valley. I decided to drive to this place which was slightly closer and it's a small business, so thought I'd support them. I'm fine with a markup and making a profit but this was an absolute rip off and I told them I'd never come back. If you don't mind shelling out a ridiculous amount of money for something you can go elsewhere for less, cool. This is your place. However I will never set foot in there again.

Now I don't have to go to the post office. I hate that place. Getting in and out of the parking lot at the post office is an ordeal! I'm in and out here ! It's a real street address so it's better than a PO Box! I get colored pictures of my mail so I don't have to waste my time going in to check. I even get a discount on my fed ex shipping! The post office is always dreadful to think about going to, but having this alternative is a breath of fresh air. Josh, Levi, Kyle, and Alex are the gentlemen that have helped me and my husband various different times, and each time, I walk away with a 10/10 experience. I wish this was more prevalent where I'm at now because it's such a shame to not be able to get service as great as theirs anywhere else I've been to. Thank you Mailbox Club!

However before I could walk out the owner came and said if I was willing to wait a minute or two for her to set up she could get me in really quickly. She got my fingerprints done quickly and neatly. It was a simple process and she was so sweet. She got my package all sealed up and ready to go. It think I paid 15 bucks? Maybe 20? They do have post office boxes for rent as well. As I said, I've always had a good experience here. Everyone who's helped me out has always been super helpful. The line always moves quickly in my experience. Never had any issues there. The parking lot isn't ideal because it is shared with both staples, Safeway, as well as all the other businesses in this little strip mall. But again, the service that you get at the postal annex itself I think is great. So definitely worth checking out. They also offer notary services.

The USPS website will give you an error when you try to change your address to the one assigned by Sasquatch. Apparently there is one address for Sasquatch customers, and each gets their own "suite" number, but USPS website won't allow a suite number at the address. You have to go to the Post Office in person to make the change. I am an expat and can't do that until I visit the US. So YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE US. That being said, customer service was pretty responsive to my calls and emails with my multiple questions. They refunded my payment promptly when we found out that I could not forward my mail to them. They very helpfully pointed out that the phone service that was included with the service I chose had to be cancelled separately, or I would have continued to be charged for it. So they won't try to fool you into spending money that you don't need to. Thanks, Sasquatch, and if I don't find another solution before I visit the US, I will try again!
