First class mail is often not delivered for days. I arranged to pick up my missing mail. After two trips to the annex, no one knows where my mail is. They refuse to let me talk to the Postmaster. Filing complaints with USPS rarely helps. I know things are bad since DeJoy took over as Postmaster General, but I need my mail.

I was shocked to find out they no longer provide UPS branded envelopes if you are sending something letter sized like you would if you worked for a business. I also wasn't too excited that I shipped something ground on a Wednesday and they said it would arrive on Monday and it didn't arrive until Tuesday. The cost for that envelope was $15 too. I think these places need to guarantee a date otherwise you get some type of refund. No accountability.

When I got my card after moving to Hudson, I knew life would get better and it did. Staff was friendly from the get go but during the lockdown, their calls and efforts to get me my books is even more appreciated. You know they are working overtime for what is not the world's highest paying job. The building is nice although I don't know when I'll next get in it.
