Needing a chrometastic device so I could screen simultaneously from my xfinity app on my phone to the TV, I called Staples as their website indicated they had a few in stock. Too impatient to order over Amazon, I called the store and they confirmed they had one and put it on hold, telling me no need to pay until I arrived to pick it up. Sure enough, at 9am the next morning when I arrived, the item was waiting for me at the customer service desk. There was plenty of parking out front. They were located between Petco and Safeway, two other stops I needed to make, so it was super convenient. I so appreciated their service and the fact that they stick a device that many don't carry.

They weighed the laundry and when I asked if they did wash-n-fold and ironing, they said they'd so their best to iron the shirts and shorts.. They gave the day of Thursday after dropping of laundry on Monday. They called one day ahead and were ready to drop off laundry on Wednesday itself.. The gentleman who seems to be the owner was super accommodating and kind, very polite people and good work as well... Truly Grateful to these folks for helping out when had no clean clothes anymore. It was also broke, just a different way & because of that we ended up with a large dent in our car we were towing (& we have towed it 3x with these exact same tow dollies, so we do know how to use them) & we ended up having to spend an additional $50 to get people to help us because otherwise we NEVER would have been able to get the car off without wrecking the car more. It would have cost us about the same amount of cash (& we wouldnt have a huge dent) & A LOT less energy to just have a tow truck come get the car after everything. The tow dollies need replaced.
