This is absolutely not true because our street and driveway were all plowed and clear at the time they "attempted" delivery. Also our regular postal delivery person had no problem delivering our regular mail and I had no problem making it down my street to go to the store in my front wheel drive car. This is the second time they have lied about attempting delivery. And of course I tried calling them today and the phone just rang and rang 30 times and no one can even bother to answer. You're horrible USPS. UPS is so much better than you!

This year the box was returned to Staples with a sticker on saying the address was a vacant lot. I verified the address was correct a couple of times and it was. I was instructed to call UPS claims dept which I did. A day later I received a call from Asia, a representative. She informed me that they cannot refund the delivery charge to an undeliverable address. WHAT????? The address is correct and gets UPS deliveries a lot. UPS screws up and Staples keeps my money. WHAT A FARCE AND A RIP OFF. SHAME ON YOU STAPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
