Really wish ups processed passports or I could apply for my kids online. I hate doing these in person appointments. I made an appointment well in advance. I bet there are good days here and then bad days. Unfortunately my first time here was not a good one. I had a passport appointment set up and ended up needing to wait for a back up person to come with no info on how long nor any heads up of this change of events. Let's just say I always plan for the worst and the extra hour this set me back didn't make me miss anything. However , this experience could have been much better. Two of the workers here were rude to me. One tried to make it seem as if I was late to my appointment which I was not. The line was long and it took them 15 min until I could get up to the front. I'm not going to cut the people who waited before me duh.... The next lady said she called and left me a voicemail telling me that the passport services wouldn't be available. I pulled out my phone and proved I had no such call or voicemail. I don't like doing services with shady or dishonest people. Enough said. Won't be back. Giving two stars for the lady who actually helped me and processed my passport. Thanks for doing your job. You were the backup I'm glad came. If I wasn't forced to renew or get a new passport in person, I wouldn't. Maybe another usps would have been a better experience.

Not stolen from an outside blue box, stolen from the inside by an employee!! The check was washed and was deposited through their mobile bank account! Since this mess has began, we've had to close the checking account and have had to stop direct deposits and everything else!! We've filed a report to the sheriff department because it's a state issue and was told by a deputy that this is a common problem for that specific location! She assured me that a signature would be required for the delivery but it wasn't. I received an email stating the package was "handed to someone" at the delivery address. This could have created a problem but luckily it didn't. Even though Jen was helpful I feel she deceived me on how the package was mailed. I kept asking if it should go Certified (for the signature) or if she needed to stamp it. She told me no, and pointed to the pre-printed words "Signature Required" on the Priority Mail package. Thankfully it turned out ok.

I went in for notary and had the most racist encounter with the notary working there. She keeps on…read moreasking the staff on how to fill the form. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.
