She was extremely offensive, rude, and insulting. My husband asked her, "well aren't you a printing business? "She said, well we have funerals and other things to do right now."He then said, the next time I come here I'm going to ask to speak to the owner regarding this issue." She said, I am the owner! He ended up leaving very upset because he was treated so rudely and unprofessionally. This never happened previously when we've used them before. We will NOT be returning to this place ever again. I went in for notary and had the most racist encounter with the notary working there. She keeps on…read moreasking the staff on how to fill the form. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.
