I have several complaints for the Plymouth post office…read more The service is intermittent at best. I frequently order online and since I've moved here I will have no mail for 2-5 days then get so much it won't all fit in the box and I have to go pick it up during business hours. Business hours are 8:00am to noon! Not every Plymouth resident is retired or on welfare. Even one day a week with some extended hours or a noon to 4:00pm day would allow a wider range of customers to access their mail. My wife or myself burn a vacation hour every week or two so that we can pickup our packages. Half the time it is just mail that was saved and once delivered would overfill the box. On several occasions over the last 2 years I have noticed the clerk will prop open the back door and smoke within a few feet of the building. I quite often smell strong cigarette smoke in the PO Box area.

They came here with masks on their faces and smiles in their eyes. From the Owner to the Apprentice they were so personable! They made every task seem simple and important. We had a very clogged drainage system pretty much everything was clogged up and slow moving. They installed a new water heater in a new location. Installed a new toilet that has the multi flushing depending on what your flushing. Installed a new faucet and changed the piping to be easier to drain. They cared about the new equipment they were installing to the point that John was going to go back to the office to get a different faucet, because the piping came out of the box a little kinked. I asked him if it would have any affect on the usage. He said no that it just wouldn't look as nice. I had to convince him that it was going to be under the sink so I was okay with it being a little kinked. This poor old house just found plumbers that are going to help us update it's plumbing and earned lifetime customers! Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

I feel like I'm giving away a neighborhood secret here - the line at this post office? Really…read moremoves! They often have three people working the retail counter. It doesn't look like much from the outside but these guys have it far more together than other area post offices. The parking situation is pretty dire on busy days - it's a small lot on the side of the building or residential street parking. Don't even bother trying to come on a Proctor Farmer's Market day. Otherwise, it's not too bad. Inside, it's clear that this post office hasn't seen any real work (and maybe cleaning) since the 70s sometime. That's okay, at least it doesn't smell of cigarette smoke like other post offices I can think of. The space is small and a little cramped but flows well for such a small space. There are four windows for retail transactions and they usually have three of them going. The employees have some of the standard surliness of postal employees but a few have a sense of humor - what a nice thing to run into, actual human postal workers! Things I ship from this post office go just as quickly as they do from Pine Street, A Street, or any of the other local post offices. Funny thing, though, they seem to arrive at their destinations in better shape. Don't all flood the post office at once, now, I have all of these packages to mail.

We have had a project on…read morePowerline Road for the last 8+ months and have not once had a package delivered to our site despite every package having our company name, site points of contact, a 4 ft. x 8 ft. sheet of plywood with the address and site name posted out at the road, and our company name (who the packages are addressed to) on a tarp across the side of our trailers. Drivers will take packages for all of the different contractors working in the area and dump them at one office trailer location MILES down the road and either a.) forge signatures of who the delivery was addressed to, b.) take a picture of proof of delivery up so close that you cannot determine where it was delivered, or c.) just drop off the package and note on the "received by" portion of the tracking that they dropped it off at a completely different company (that is labeled nowhere on the shipping information UPS has). We have attempted calling customer service and have gotten nowhere besides getting routed to automated call centers with no apparent way to resolve the issue. Could not be less impressed with the level of service and really wish there was a way to contact UPS to try and work with them to resolve the issue.

These guys are sooo nice and soooo helpful…read more I ran into some complications at court and my office is in Yakima, so I was grouchy and hungry and in a rush when I went here to help copy and prep some documents. They were super friendly even though I was in a terrible mood and were happy to be accommodating printing things out that my paralegal emailed me. Everything was neat and tidy and well-organized, and the copy fees were very reasonable, especially compared to other copy places when you come in with a rush job.
