Though a bit complicated to get started, Claire greeted me when I walked in, and walked me through purchasing credits, choosing the right machine, and hooking up to wifi so I could work. She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. At any given time, 1/3rd of the washers are out of service. The only bright spot are the nice employees who do the wash and fold, but it's best to come when they aren't here because they tie up many of the machines that aren't out of service.
