Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to go to have my label printed off before they could ship it. That they were not able to do it and I would have to go to staples to have it done. I am here to sat NO delivery was not attempted. Others have said could not access...that is a big NO also since I had no blocked area where they could not access the door. No way to even get a call to them. This is unforgivable. I can not even input my track number since I can not speak to a person on the phone and the automated system is a joke.

The experience is as follows - a brief outgoing message describing service area, window hours, advice on tracking packages, etc., reporting vandalism, passport services. Remain on the line and someone will be with you shortly, then your call will be transferred to the operator, then the phone rings again for quite a while until a busy signal ensues. No one EVER answers.

Not only was he knowledgeable, but he wanted to spare me an unnecessary expense. I've always hated Staples for its lack of staff to guide and advise customers. Those coworkers seemed uninterested in checking in with her. She was uninterested in asking them any clarifying questions. Further hemming & hawing prompted my question if her shift was over and she was trying to get out of work. "No im trying to get some water." Im being pushed off so an employee can get water. I dont understand the employee dynamic in that department but it was just sad. Left with one laminated placemat. May or may not be done in the correct product. Second placemat ruined in lamination. No charge. No help. No solution. Honestly isn't lamination the easiest thing done in that department? I dont understand how this employee is employed.
