I have multiple witnesses that heard her yelling at me and talking over me. It is unacceptable that anyone is allowed to call someone out their name and get away with it. My mail is regularly misdelivered along with many other neighbors. She claims it's because they hire third party contractors. Never apologizes and just yells that everyone is human. My extremely important package is more than 2 days late and still hasn't arrived. And then she has the audacity to use volatile language to provoke an immediate violent reaction. Which is a violation of CA penal code 415, disturbance of the peace. I own a home and pay taxes, public servants should not be allowed to behave in such an egregious manner.

Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. I got to this UPS store and was told it had to be a box inside of a box. For a nominal fee, they would sell me a box.
