I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. We were helped by Carlyn, a wonderful, detail oriented lady who carefully went through all of our documents and ensured everything was ship shape, while maintaining a smile and friendly demeanor. The quality of her work is outstanding and stands in sharp contrast to other post offices I have used in the past. The property is clean and obviously maintained with care. Their hours are not much less than my local post office, but they were able to get us in for an appointment quickly. I was quite honestly pleasantly surprised by how well our passport requests were processed and how well we were treated. Other post offices please take note.

Today I stopped by again because the other UPS Store's Notary person is off so I decided to give them another try since I called them. Honestly I don't know why they're so lazy there. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.

Got a mailbox here while I was in transition from out of state. Always got my mail, so no…read morecomplaints there. Access is 24 hrs. which is nice, but the mail box next to mine was damaged like someone had tried to break into it. I wasn't sure when my lease was up, and they just kept my mail service going uninterrupted, they never notified me in any way. About 3 weeks after my lease had expired, I got a very short rude phone call from them asking for the keys back??? They asked for me, then asked for their keys back and then hung up??? It was very strange. I am mailing the keys back to them, but notification would have been nice. Take note management.
