This is a very small post office off the main road through Lockeford. There are a few parking…read morespaces in the front as well as blue drive up collection box on the sidewalk. You can also park on the street in front of this location if the tiny lot is full. The inside is small and sometimes you don't even see an employee when you enter. We have had to leave a package on the counter before when we were in a hurry because it wouldn't fit in the drop and after waiting a few minutes there was still no employee in sight but it's great for a quick drop off of small items.

So I'm here to provide an updated, August 2025 review of this epic blast from the past post office. The USPS worker in the picture is super nice and helpful. The office itself looks well maintained, and the PO Box section holy wow it's spacious! I dropped off a package. If it delivers successfully, I'll update this post and will maintain its 5 stars. If my package gets lost, then I'll have to drop the stars down to 1 or 2 and it'll unfortunately match others experiences. But for now we'll wait and see.

Another customer had already been waiting an hour to get her fingerprints taken (she also had an appointment). No sign on the door. Phone number only rings to the business phone. I finally emailed her and she confirmed that she was closed for the day. Completely wasted my day and now I have to find another company to approve my I-9. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. No excuse for not calling/emailing appointments to let us know the business is closed. Or at least put a sign on your door. ---In response to Nattilee's comment below: The Hospice office which shares the same building says this isn't the first time you've left customer's hanging. I don't believe you when you say you had no way to cancel the appointment on your end. Just because you don't have my information doesn't mean you (as I said earlier) can't hang a sign on your door letting your customer's know you won't be open. You can also have your store number forward to your own cell or home number so that when people call they can find out what's going on. OR you can even change your voicemail message on your business phone to let people know that you won't be open. Making it so that I had to track you down to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Anything you say to the contrary, other than "Your right and I'm sorry, I'll do better next time." is just an excuse on your end for being lazy. As I said in my email to you - I have no idea how you're still in business.
