They have always provided me with a list of options for shipping, including pointing out where my tracking number is on my receipt, so I can track my package on my own. The staff has always been kind and patient, not just with me, but with other customers. I have seen first hand over and over their attention to detail with folks as I wait in line. I've never seen them rush anyone or be rude or dismissive. They've always strived to find answers for my questions, no matter big or small. Their rural carriers are timely and personable. They always greet me with a smile and take care with our packages and mail. I could not recommend this US Post Office branch enough. Top notch crew right here.

Orders that state they are delivered are not. Many shipments go missing. I have witnessed this…read moretoday. I received a delivery notification that the package was delivered today at 8:11 am and given to an individual. I was standing in the area that it should have been delivered for about 30 minutes and there was no delivery attempted and I still have not received the package. I have tried calling their phone number and the automated system picks up and provides the business hours but then hangs up giving no opportunity to speak with anyone. Terrible.
