I was then given additional explanations and delays, including that the correct key was unavailable due to another renter. Despite repeated assurances, the issue was never resolved in a timely manner. I paid approximately $640 for a service I was unable to use due to ongoing delays and lack of proper communication. I have filed a complaint with corporate and requested a refund. At this point, I do not feel confident in the reliability or professionalism of this location to handle mail services appropriately. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on my experience, I would recommend considering other locations.
