Very clean Post Office. I have a P.O. Box here & haven't experienced any complications thus far. There's one worker though that seems to have quite the attitude. This post office doe not even deserve a 1 star! I have had several delivery issues with this post office. The current one shows my package was picked up by individual at the post office. WHO??? Not me! Last packaged shows I received and singed for it. I was not even home!!! Have been trying to get ahold of this location (NOT where I live) to see why my package has been stuck there due to "incorrect address". The phone number has been busy for DAYS. If there are any negative stars, this office would win -100 stars. Why? They are JUST BAD !!!! We were waiting for 1-day express mail. They were so delayed for 3 days and did not even ring the bell on our door, while we were continuously waiting for the mailman. Instead, they left a pickup note in our post box and asked us to pick it up. A funny thing is they did not indicate which post office we should go pick up. Is this normal? I do not think so. Everytime my boyfriend and I come and do a pick up we always get the same rude lady who always talks to Us so loud like we're animals or don't speak English like you don't need to be screaming at us at a post office come on it's like the library here should be nice and peaceful. Terrible customer service. Came to get my passport. We showed up at 1:15 and people were already handed out numbers when the passport office isnt supposed to open until 2pm. The convenient hours turn out to be quite inconvenient, Erica, the manager told us to be here as early as 10am. They literally make people wait in line for 5 hours just so the office can see 20 walk in's and then 5 appointments? They had 2 agent's working, the one agent who was sitting at the desk closest to the sitting area was rude . She told us that she wasnt going to see us, even after we had been waiting for an hour. (Even after we called and Erica said that they would see us.) Around 3:15 a customer walked in who had a 3 o'clock appointment and the lady had the customer sit down and 20 minutes later she get up and tell him that she wasn't going to see him because he had the nerve to show up late.... The way she was talking to people was obnoxious. Then the power went out. While the computers were working fine, the manager "Erica" comes in and said that she thinks they should close. The rude agent quickly voices her approval with Erica's statment and was quck to get everyone out. My only thought is the people who they had waiting for 5 hours and they just made them leave? Why couldnt they open the window blinds? There's plenty of day light to light up the building? And their computers were still working?! Long story short.... this office is just another one of those offices where the employees feel like they can treat you like crap, just because they have something you need and its the only office thats open on Saturdays... shame shame shame.... read more

Thought I'd make a quick trip on my way to work to mail a package using the self service machines. Touchscreen was not great, had to hit each key several times but was able to complete the shipment and make payment. Problem is it never printed my postage. So I get in line at 8:48AM waiting for the window to open to get my postage. Waited until 9:08AM for the window to open. There were about 15 people in line behind me at this time. Only reason for two stars is that my issue was handled fairly quickly, although I was given stamps to cover the postage for my package and now the tracking number on my receipt is useless. If I could give lower than one star, you best believe I would. Never get our shipments-deliveries turn up missing. Two certified letters were never attempted and the post office returns them stating they attempted delivery. I was expecting them so I changed my schedule all around so I would receive them-waste of time. Then staff just flat out lies to your face, then when you catch them in a lie-they catch a serious attitude and ask you to leave the facility and when you don't they close the door where you to pick you your mail and it does not matter if there are other people behind you waiting to conduct their business............they are AWFUL and need to be shut down and go back to the old facility where none of this mess happened........!!!!! read more

Best service I've ever had a post office! I believe the cashier's name was Robert. He was very attentive, quick and in a surprisingly peppy mood! He was cracking jokes and just very happy over all! read more

I've had good experiences here. Saturday's are a little busy but, you get through quickly.

Very poor service. Too frequently, my mail is left in some neighbor's mail box including a recent medical prescription mail order. Tracking said it had been left on porch near door. During a telecon, carrier said it was left in mail box but the scanner shows at porch. A few days later a neighbor brought it to me; it had been left in his box. Neither the carrier or a person at Woodbridge office seemed concerned or volunteered to research issue. I was promised a follow-up call which I never received. During past month my mail has arrived (if it wasn't placed in someone else's mail box) as early as 1PM and as late as 7:30PM. My wife and I are also convinced that there is both a sorting and delivery problem & the customer services is horrendous. The VA Woodbridge Post Office fails by any reasonable measure. read more

This has to be the most frustrating service I have ever dealt with. I am trying to get a few last minute things for my wedding, and my packages had "Undeliverable addresses". I rechecked my order to make sure I put in the right address, I did. I am now trying to call them and the line is busy and has been for an hour. After reading other reviews I noticed that others seem to have the same problem. I have had packages delivered to the wrong address and now this. I am sorry, get it together guys. Worst delivery service EVER! Twice this week, packages clearly addressed to me have been delivered to others. Thanks to honest neighbors, who took the time to bring the packages to me. Again, this morning, tracking information told me a package was delivered last night... nope not to my house. Our regular mail has not been delivered until 8:00 pm ... if they need more help, then seems to me the US Postal Service could hire additional help. It's not just the actual office that SUCKS! It's every aspect of delivery...my mail goes to other addresses. other peoples mail come to my address. I have strangers waiting on my property because the post office told them that's where their package was sent but the package was actually mine to begin with. Wow! Had 3 customer services reps lie to my face. Just wow. I went in to fix an error I had made. the 1st rep, when I step up to the counter was more concerned about speaking to her colleague then helping me. I waited until she finished with her brief conversation with another rep before helping me. She was very aloof and acted confused and simply said there was nothing she could do and didn't have any information or answer questions. She wouldn't give me my account activity. She did call for a manager. I waited and later another rep from the back came and advised me that the manager (Maria) wouldn't be in until after 11 (so the 1st rep didn't know this and hadn't found this out when she disappeared to the back?) and that he couldn't do anything. I asked a 3rd rep if there was a corporate headquarters or such that I could call since noone there seemed to know anything, how to fix the problem or cared. She stated that the Reddy lane office was corporate. I called "corporate" and they gave me another number for the supposed Post master. The post master had no clue and passed me on to patricia...which I'm not sure of her position but told me to come in. I thought that she was in the Reddy lane office but realized the the rep just gave me this location's number. I returned at 11 and asked for Maria....of course noone knew a Maria. I asked for Patricia by chance she was there. Another customer came in complaining and was waiting for the Postmaster. As I waited I asked the rep if Patricia was a supervisor and she stated she was. When she asked the other customer in line who she was waiting for she stated the Postmaster at which time the rep stated that we both were waiting for the same person. So I'm guessing Patricia is the Postmaster?! It was chaos. At any rate Patrica came out to fix the problem at the desk with a rep. This rep stated there was noway to fix the problem at that point. The 1st rep I had spoken to came over to show the rep how to fix the problem. I was confused...SO she wasted my time. This 2 hour ordeal could have been avoid as she lied from start about being able to fix the problem. To make things worse Patricia was very snippy and had a attitude. I went there professional and she started snappy because i wasn't moving fast enough for her apparently. I wish there were other alternatives then having to deal with lackluster service and bad attitudes for no reason. Maybe they weren't on the clock and work for free!lol! If you don't like your job get a new one. Taking your frustrations out on the public is not acceptable......or maybe I need to find a goverment job if you can stay employed and act incompetent. read more

LAZINESS AND INCOMPETANCE: This is one of the worst locations for Customer Service; you call and call (and call) the line is busy, once you get through someone HANGS UP the line. I've had a Change of Address at this location and have had problems getting my mail forwarded. Some Supervisor even decided she would send my mail back to my old address without my consent. I received no mail for weeks. When I went to inquire the first time she insisted I am receiving all my mail as requested. The second time I raised my concern, she said "Oh I thought you lived there, so your mail was going to your old address." (WTF) Who is she to make that call? Without speaking to the Customer first? Now I have a UPS package that was signed by ONELL left at "THE DOCK" and yet NO ONE knows where this package is! Neither UPS or USPS?!!! How many years have these companies been incorporated and they still cant get this process right? THIS IS UNCACCEPTABLE! I have been driving around with one lens since my birthday Dec 2 and the "Expedited" shipping has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! Let me start by Saying my regular carrier is very good. I ship out at least 60-100 packages a week, and never have any problems. Deliveries are a different matter all together, especially if My regular carrier is off that day. For 12 years I have chased down packages, watched tracking go from out for delivery to delivered in the middle of the night (no package), and listened to busy signals all day long. Problem is no one seems to care. Filed complaint after complaint, and it continues to happen. At this rate the price of a stamp will soon be around a dollar, with no justification. Absolutely terrible. I have been missing mail, its never delivered when you expect, I have to check it all day long, packages are returned for absurd reasons. I used have a very reliable mailman, but I learned he retired. I can't believe that 1 elderly man keep this service afloat. You need to hire MORE MAIL CARRIERS WHO CAN READ. And you can keep all the junk mail you put in my box. My neighborhood is Springwoods Of Lake Ridge. We need the postal service restored!! read more
