I will 100% always choose to use usps out of here then the usps location in Woodbridge. Lines are much shorter here and you can get in and out! They do have a minimum for credit card so just be sure you bring cash and/or don't mind adding stamps to meet the minimum if you are sending something small! read more

Over priced . If I buy a thing there - which is not often, all it means is I needed it same day. Their prices are outrageous . I tried to purchase an infrared non-contact forehead thermometer and asked the return policy if it did not work. The cashier stated that if it was opened it could not be returned !!! Really? So if I buy it and it doesn't work I am stuck. NO THANK YOU. This is why Amazon puts businesses with these kind of policies out of business. read more

Went here recently to mail a package. I already went through the process of getting postage online and weighing it and everything. I figured I'd be all set and just needed to drop off my package. I had written fragile and this way up all over the box because it's contents were somewhat fragile. I gave it to their postal staff and they proceeded to tip and flip the box when weighing it, after I already told them what it weighed and it had postage already on it. The lady looked at it and said there's not enough postage. I asked how is that possible when I did all of the requires steps online already, and I received NO explanation. I brought my package to the next post office over and low and behold, it was taken just fine. Probably not coming back to this place again... read more

A very interesting little shop if you need to mail something or purchase an odd office supply item. Has an extensive collection of educational tools (games, arts and crafts, etc.) that my kids loves. Vast selection of Melissa and Doug sets. This is a fun little store that doesn't have everything, but it doesn't pretend to. Don't go in here expecting the selection of Staples or Amazon, but appreciate it for what it is -- a small, neighborhood resource that has just enough to make it worth checking out. read more

This place does not care about customer service at all or making and keeping customers either. I went in to get my son his back to school supplies in a package deal during this tax-free holiday and was told that I had missed the pre-order date, but could come back next week (after the tax-free days are over) to but them. I asked for a list of what he needed so I could shop there and then for them and was told that they didn't have it. Now I am going to either Staples or Wal-Mart for them and take advantage of the tax-free holiday. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Their loss, I'm a teacher and I need supplies too, but not from them. Sorry. read more

Went to purchase our son's school supplies tax free and was told by an employee that the ability to pre-purchase had ended and that we needed to wait until after the tax free period was over and that they didn't have a listing of what supplies to the buy (which is a lie).. Shame of it is that we'd rather shop and support local business but they lose. read more

Crazy over-priced. I've always thought their merchandise was priced a little steep, but it's great quality and often times specialty toys you can't find other places. But today my daughter went in for me to fax my Boy Scout Troop's fundraising forms and they charged her $24 -- and that was with a discount!!! A dollar a page! They didn't receive a fax, they just sent it. It cost them pennies probably. That's truly highway robbery, verging on dishonesty. A brand new fax machine on Amazon is only $34! I'm disgusted and won't be going to that store ever again. read more

I've been going to this store for many years to mail packages, and I have the same complaint as another reviewer on this site. The lady who works for the post office in the back of the store (I don't know her name) has been extremely rude to me several times. Once I even complained to the owner about her, and the owner made her apologize to me. However, since then, she hasn't changed. The only reason I frequent this store is for the convenience of mailing packages. If there were a store just as close to me that provided this service, I would stop going to this place. However, the girls who work at the front of the store are very friendly. read more

The staff there are nice and say hello when you first walk in. I love the fact that they have a post office inside and a little train area for my kids to play with while I wait in line to get something mailed. The prices are decent and their selection of learning tools is great, especially for a homeschooler or a mom who just want to enhance her kids love of learning. If I needed something more than just a standard notebook and pens for school, I'd go here. read more

The staff of this store are always helpful and friendly. They are great for services such as laminating, faxing, and small copying jobs. They don't always have what I'm looking for, but they will offer to order it if possible. Seems like the other reviewers are unaware of when school starts and waited until the last minute. The school and office annex is a good store with lots of great products/items for teachers and office supplies but if you want or use the post office that is in the back of the store, forget it. I have used them several times and always had good service from the gentlemen there for over the past 5 years but recently I had to mail a package and a lady helped me who was not very friendly at all and it's not the first time I had her. The package data she entered into their system she transposed the zip code and the package ended up in another town. I didn't think I had to check the info on the label but now I do. My package got there late because of it. I had to go to the main post office to try and fix it. It was ridiculous! Even though the post office at the store is convenient to me but If you want to make sure your package gets to your destination correctly go to the main post office instead it is not worth the rudeness and worry. read more
