Jason stayed within our budget and always explained the benefit of the work he recommended we do. The five realtors we interviewed gave list prices that were as much as $200,000 apart. When we faced homelessness because our housing fell through days before our closing he got on a plane to Mexico leaving us stranded. The best housing he could find for our family of five was a 2 bedroom at a higher rent than we had with our mortgage! His response "I had no idea you had three kids" which was untrue since I mentioned it to him. Two of our kids have special needs and he didn't care that we had to be in the area for therapy. It was all about the money. He's the worst negotiator and we never once saw his face. He rarely called but only sent texts. In fact the rental we're in now was found by the buyer of my house!!! She stepped up to help us when he failed. This guy is a shark. Beware he will devour you but don't worry "it's just business."
