At no point did we feel pushed or rushed--she provided clear information, answered our questions, and trusted us to take the time we needed to decide what was right for us. She was also accommodating with showings, often making herself available at awkward or last-minute times so we could see homes when opportunities came up. In a competitive market, that flexibility made a big difference. She guided us through the entire buying process keeping everything organized and moving forward while making sure we understood what was happening at each step. Overall, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. We felt supported the entire time and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

He and the team took the time to come over, give us an honest estimate of what the market was (selling around the holidays wasn't ideal) and we could expect. They even set us up with a staging company so that we could have great pictures to showcase the condo and it made a huge difference in the appearance and ultimately believe it assisted us with selling the condo. Would definitely recommend him again and if you know of anyone who needs a great team that will be your partner through the process, please call David!

His attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing things right have made all the difference. He consistently goes above and beyond, and it shows in the way our property has been maintained and managed. It is not easy to entrust your home to others, so we are thankful for their partnership and would recommend them to any homeowner looking for a reliable and honest property management.

They handle any problems that come up with the property, the renters and the rent itself. Michele Garver has been my manager at Integrity and she is on top of all things. Absolute scam If I could give zero stars, I would…read more My experience with Smart City Locators was extremely disappointing and ultimately a complete waste of time. I initially reached out expecting professional guidance from someone with in-depth knowledge of the local rental market, apartment communities, pricing, amenities, and leasing considerations. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Throughout the process, it became clear that the agent I worked with had very limited knowledge of the properties being recommended. Basic questions regarding building features, management quality, neighborhood differences, lease terms, and unit availability often went unanswered or were met with vague responses. Rather than acting as a knowledgeable advisor, the experience felt more like a sales transaction focused on getting me to sign a lease as quickly as possible. What concerned me most was the apparent lack of interest in understanding my actual needs and priorities. Instead of providing thoughtful recommendations based on my criteria, I felt repeatedly pushed toward specific units without any meaningful explanation as to why they were a good fit. The entire process gave the impression that the primary objective was securing a commission rather than helping a client make an informed housing decision. As a result, I ended up conducting most of my own research, contacting properties directly, verifying information independently, and learning far more on my own than through the service I was supposedly receiving. This completely defeated the purpose of working with an apartment locator in the first place. A service like this should provide expertise, local market knowledge, transparency, and value. In my experience, Smart City Locators failed to deliver on all of those expectations. Rather than simplifying my apartment search, they added frustration, confusion, and unnecessary delays. I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective renters deserve an honest account of my experience. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend Smart City Locators and would encourage renters to do their own research before relying on this company for guidance.

They only give you a verbal notice that the apartment is noisy, but they don't go into great detail when you complain about the problems they turn around and throw it in your face and they accuse you of being accusatory, which was very bizarre not only that they use gaslighting and intimidation tactics. They threaten you to vacate the property if you don't like it and they accuse you of being accusatory when you bring up concerns about the property Being on the verge of collapse, there are visible craxks, doors are cracked and unlevel, There are visible cracks in the foundation in the laundry room and tenants on the first floor have said that their apartment creaks all night long and it's impossible to have any guests stay the night. This property is not only in the verge of collapse. It's dirty dilapidated and full of cobwebs. There's trash that blows all over the grounds Not only is it not well-maintained it's on the verge of collapse and it's a dangerous building that could hurt people if it does collapse there is an elderly man in 305 that's been pacified for the last five years by the owner and he is completely fed up with the building issues, but he is stuck there and he has no other place to go I lived in this property for two years having vacated on June 4 when I was sick and under a doctors care at UC Health I had 103° fever and it was forced to go to the property and clean it out four days past the date I was supposed to vacate , if I would've waited until I was completely well it would've been June 14 ; that I was no longer under a doctors care and I would've been subjected to late fines and I would've been responsible for the whole month of June's rent so I cut my losses and I left when I did because I was physically unable to fulfill the demands of the lease by cleaning the carpets so they in turn charged me $476 to clean the carpets which they say included the Excel payments For electricity which I already had paid directly to excel plus I left a money order on the counter, and removed my name with xcel but they still charged me xcel til end of June when I was already moved out. They nickle n dime your deposit and basically charged me for electricity payments I already made. THIS IS THEFT!!!! this is a corrupt and shady business. Do not rent from them unless you want to be prone to bouts of anger, outburst of extreme gaslighting, lies, baseless, accusations , targeting, bias, discrimination, theft, threats of intimidation and accusatory tactics don't rrent from from these gaslighting narcissists.

A homeless woman literally gained access to the building by…read moresaying she knew someone there and k*lled herself by jumping off one of the higher floors. The stairs were closed for weeks as they were repainted after the incident. This occurred late 2025- early 2026. Mind you, you're not allowed to have people you know use the pool while you're not there, even though you paid close to a million dollars to live there. Management is so terrible. You will pay $800 a month in HOA fees for nothing to change in the building. They send a ridiculous amount of emails to tenants about events that very few residents attend. The elevators take forever: the ride is at least 60 seconds, and you can wait up to 2 minutes for it to reach your floor. IMPORTANT: They make you pay a $2000 deposit for MOVING. Doesn't matter if you're moving in or out. Ridiculous considering their elevators have broken down at least 10 times this year. The parking garage is TERRIBLE, it is triangle-shaped, so you have to make 9 turns just to get up to the floor you're parked on. Takes close to 5 minutes just to get out of the garage. For downtown and traffic, the location is terrible. No nearby retail, food, or groceries. Easily a 10-minute walk to the closest thing. There are 100% better locations to live downtown for the price, with younger tenants and better amenities. The building is between Broadway and Lincoln, so traffic is bumper-to-bumper every day. The building is also between two major firehouses for Denver County, so if your unit faces East, you will hear nonstop fire engines all day, every day. The Internet is constantly being repaired in this building. There have been three days this year when they have turned off the water to the building as well.
