How long does it take to obtain your real estate license? I am aware that the course is 3 months but after that how soon can will you able to take the real estate exam after completing the course?

Hi Aaliha, Once you complete the 3 courses, you apply for the state exam which takes 4-8 weeks to process you application.

Dr. Ina played a huge role in my success throughout Terms 3 and 4. She challenged us to do our best, encouraged us to stay disciplined, and provided countless resources to help us succeed. Her passion for teaching is truly inspiring--you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that enthusiasm motivates her students every day. A special thank you as well to Miss Karla for being such a supportive, approachable, and genuinely fun instructor. She created a positive learning environment that made even the most challenging days more manageable. One area where I believe ACC could improve is the clinical rotation assignment process. Students are not given the opportunity to choose their clinical sites, and commute times are often not taken into consideration. For example, some students who live in Pasadena were assigned to Santa Monica, while students who live near Santa Monica are assigned to Pasadena. Even got threatened to be sent to San Gabriel the next time I complained. While I understand that clinical placements depend on site availability and program requirements, a more thoughtful approach that considers students' commuting distances and personal circumstances would help reduce stress and improve the overall learning experience. Overall, I am grateful for the education, support, and experiences I gained throughout the program. Thank you to all the instructors who invested their time, knowledge, and energy into helping us become future nurses.

Throughout nursing school, I struggled a lot with life situations etc happening but throughout true genuine non AI-generated but human to human interactions with all the lovely patients , I was able to get through it all, like I tell everyone I was not treating the patients it was a true "the patients were treating me" moment . I think through hitting that rock bottom I was truly able to see my love for health care and the I don't care what others say, all the staff and I mean even the ones that I struggled with , helped me with my growth so I want to thank everyone single staff there. Ms.Amy Ms.Marla Mr.dmeza Ms.Ellen Ms.Elsie Ms.hajin Mr.diego but most importantly the 3 that stayed with me and stayed in touch until day I let them know I passed my NCLEX 1st time was Dr.MARCELO MS.ERICKZEN AND MS.GIGI I was in their office studying, stress snacking literally until that last minute of going in for my NCLEX and I still can not believe I passed, YALL I struggled SOOOOO much through my entire journey because THEM ATI QUESTIONS even though I studied my ass out and these 3 really wanted me to pass and I could see their effort really so I would like to thank these 3 , im sorry ms.gigi you're not in the picture you left too early but I love you all and thank you so much for all your efforts and helping me thrpght this journey, and especially MS.erickzen and MS.gigi I wanted to tell you I look up to you two and hope I can be a nurse like you guys and thank you for putting up with me even though we had a rough start LOL you guys are my rock

But before we took the exam, me and those two other students were talking about how we weren't confident about taking the exam because of the instructor and her horrible confusing teaching. The instructor, which I'm guessing is the business owner, was 10 minutes late to the class and then she started the class an hour late and only checking in like six students. There were barely any students there. So an hour of teaching time was wasted because she was lollygagging. As the instructor sat down to start teaching the class, she kept stopping to text message somebody and I don't know if it was her boyfriend, but she had a huge smile on her face, Every time she was texting somebody. She did not answer questions that I had for her. She kept saying that those questions weren't necessary to answer because they weren't on the test. I paid almost $400 to take that class. I would much appreciate if you answer the questions that I have, regardless, if it's on the test or not. And then, when I finally passed the exam after having to take it a second time and after having to purchase an online Notary course by EZ Notary. I spoke to the owner on the phone and asked how can I get the rest of my supplies which is a journal, my bond and my seal. She said I would have to pay for the shipping since I don't live around there and I'm not willing to go get it in person to pick up the supplies. Her team or her emailed me the invoice for the shipment, it was $31, just to ship my bond and then I would have to pay for a second shipment for the rest of my supplies. Talk about ripping students off. Another thing is you have to pay for parking. when I called before I placed the order I asked her assistant or her front desk person do I have to pay for parking, he said no that we can get it validated for you. But nobody wanted to validate the ticket unless you bought something in that building. The parking was $20. Do not pay to take the in person class and do not pay for any other Notary course from her. She is a horrible instructor. I would not waste your time or your money. There is a much better chance passing the exam through someone else online course. Good luck!

I called and was transferred to student affairs for more information in regards to their hybrid program. I was on hold for 4 long minutes so they can transfer me back to admissions. So I hung up. I got a call back from a guy who states I. Going to run down the bullet points for you , then you tell me if you have questions. So he's telling me about the Wonderlic, the Days , the Essay and the Program. I asked for more literature sent to my email to compare other schools. He said he didn't have any ,but ran down what I needed to submit to move forward. So I asked him to confirm what he said over the phone to be clear And this was his response. What I did was Opt out because I had gotten 2 messages back to back never blocked him, if this was the case he wouldn't have been able to get through over the phone. His response "like I said " don't sit right . This isn't effective Communication but passive communication and for this I become hesitant to go to him directly. And choose completely another school. This is for the Wilshire (LA) Area
