She assaulted me and destroyed my fistula. Needing repair surgery. She is no longer employed there. I've been transported 911 several times and many others from there due to blood pressure drop. The technician don't monitor you very well. On there phone or cleaning chairs. The supervisor lately has been very rude. Hardly any of the technicians explain what they are doing. I've asked for improvement but they cover up the medical files with NO COMPLAINTS given themselves 5star review. Falsely reporting on the medical records.

People praise this guy for looking for drivers that he THINKS are driving erratic (on his off time) and then follows them and alerts police to these erratic drivers like some vigilante nutcase. The director of this kidney center thinks this guy is SO fabulous. GEE with all this worshipping and mutual fawning all over each other... Do you think these people realize that the patients insurance etc pays their salaries?? Patients dont exist for THEM... They are there for the patients! Unbelievable ! No he can't switch to another center because the other center is even worse. At one point Nick took too much water off my spouse and my spouse told him he was cramping really bad and this jerk didn't say or do anything. Another tech came over and assisted my spouse while this Moron walked away. And the regular staff I guess get off because the one disabled vet they don't like suffers and they can enjoy it? What kind of sick people work here? Dialysis is a racket IMHO.

What makes Sonia so special is that you can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients and their families. For her, this is clearly more than just a job. She is always there to answer our questions, help us find solutions, and make sure my grandmother is receiving the care and attention she needs. Having Sonia there gives our family so much comfort and peace of mind. She truly deserves recognition for the compassion, dedication, and heart she brings to her work. Debbie, her nutritionist, has also been wonderful, helping us understand and manage my grandmother's nutritional needs with so much patience and care. I also want to recognize all of the nurses, the social worker, the front desk staff, and every member of the Home Dialysis team. Every person plays an important role in my grandmother's care. Your patience, kindness, responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to help make a tremendous difference to both patients and their families. I've been to a lot of different offices over the years with my diagnosis. I started to lose faith in the health care system. This place is different. They actually care about you. You're not just number. Sonia, Paula, Debbie, and Shyla, and Dr. Ginsburg make you feel very comfortable and part of the team and they genuinely care about your well being and will help with every aspect of dealing with dialysis and everything that comes with it. When I lived in Oceanside, CA my Hometown for 33 years, On…read morean occasional Basis, I would be referred out to Tri-City Medical Center from my Primary Care Doctor to get two different Surgeries on my left leg due to I contracted a DVT in my left leg due to a Estrogen Medication that was recommended to me by my younger sister to make my Bones Stronger. My younger sister isn't a physician I didn't know the devastating impact her decision would have on my health at that time period. I decided to take this Estrogen Medication called Prempro for (one year and a half) then I stopped taking this Medication because this Prempro caused me to contract a severe DVT means a (Deep Venous Thrombosis) in my Left Leg. I contacted Dr. Richard Saxon who is a Certified Radiologist who specializes in the Stenting process of inserting Stents in both my Right and Left Groin Area inside my body. Dr. Richard Saxon performed this Stenting Surgical procedure for the First Time on my Left Leg. My Stenting Procedure was very successful. I was his First Recipient. Also the Tri-City Radiologist Group has an amazing collection of physicians who I had a few procedures done with Dr. Donald Ponec who had inserted a IVC Filter in my Left Iliac Vein to keep my vein open on a permanent basis to prevent any New Blood Clots from traveling up to my Heart . Also Dr. Justin Gooding performed a similar procedure on the same left leg and this procedure was very successful with excellent results. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to these Doctors at Tri- City Medical Center.

During my visit, I experienced excessive wait times, poor communication, lack of follow-up, staff behavior. What was most concerning was lack of communication. I understand that hospitals can be busy and that healthcare professionals work under significant pressure. However, patients and families deserve clear communication, respect, and timely care. In my case, I had to wait 3 days for an MRI after that their wasn't a care plan to follow up. I had to advocate for myself for proper treatment. I am sharing this feedback not simply to complain, but in the hope that management will review these concerns and take steps to improve the patient experience. I am only here because of the exceptional staff and care at Home Dialysis Therapies. From the moment I was told dialysis needed to happen, through the training and management of home peritoneal dialysis and eventually home hemodialysis and throughout the transplant listing and matching - HDT took my care and training personally, and that of my husband, who is my caregiver. We were able to feel confident and supported at every step of this difficult journey - with staff available 24/7 for questions and encouragement. They started as my medical team but are now considered dear friends. HDT's doctors, nurses, social workers, nutritionists and support staff operate at the highest standards of professionalism and expertise - wonderful, but the big difference is the intensely personal investment they make in each patient, curating care to make sure we are well prepared to walk each step of the dialysis journey with confidence. These folks are quite simply the best - and I highly encourage any dialysis patient to trust them with their care.
