I bake quite a lot at home (my own bread, pizzas, focaccia, cakes, cookies, pastries etc) so this review is only from that perspective. This is a very well equipped kitchen store. It's targeted at commercial kitchens/restaurants but is open to the general public and there are many good items for the home kitchen. There's a great supply of Winco (everything), Cambro containers, and Fat Daddio aluminum baking tins. The only thing that I didn't see were Nordic Ware baking trays (but the Winco trays look nice and solid) and also didn't see any cast iron (which makes sense since for a commercial kitchen is way too heavy and unpractical). I walked the isles and saw so many things that I'd purchased over the last 12 months, but had made a trip down into the city to buy something or resort to ordering online when I could have shipped here instead!
