Terrible customer service. They deliver a fridge that doesn't fit through my door. They left curbside. I call shortly thereafter to see what can be done, swap it perhaps etc. they ask for pictures to see the unit is in good condition, in spite of the fact that they had left it a few minutes ago. I send them several pictures and videos, they demand more. I keep sending them more. They claim light reflections look like scratches, demanding more pictures. I keep sending them more. They claim they think they see scratches, in spite of the fact that I've assured them several times the unit is in pristine condition, with no scratches. Bottom line, if they don't want to help out, they should save their customer's time instead of demanding dozens of pictures numerous times, claiming imaginary scratches, and not being helpful. read more

I've ordered a number of things from kitchenall, mostly appliances. There prices seem to be a bit cheaper than the other online retailers. They are usually quick to respond for service requests, and in one case sent somebody out next day when I was simply unable to screw a foot out from an appliance, really first-rate service. I'm not sure why they have all these good reviews. I have everything in common with the bad reviewers. Placed an order for an advertised price. It was a bait and switch. Send one e-mail that lied about why they canceled my order (that I was not a business, I've been open for 25 years and own a 96 seat restaurant.) Came back with another lie about not accepting the card they charged me on. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money. Until that happens I can't even go to their competition. Save your self your money and time. Go elsewhere. They canceled my order, and if I wanted it demanded payment by bank transfer. That screams scam. read more

Why people giving this company 3,4 or 5 stars? We've placed an order, waited 6 days for it and instead of the order we received the following email: I'm sorry but we are unable to ship these particular models to California with Visa or Mastercard as they are not NSF certified. California often requires that refrigeration have NSF certification. If you wish to purchase this it would have to be a special order, non returnable order payable by American Express, check or bank transfer only. I do apologize for any trouble. Thank you - Lindsay, Kitchenall Support When I called them they told me that they could ship the SAME (!!!) item but only if I used my American Express card. Their email to me makes no sense. Plus, there was no explanation during ordering. So, if we pay with Am/Ex the unit is NSF approved? They even told me that the charge my MasterCard and I will get a refund in 5-7 days (!!!).... We are in the process of remodeling 3 of our restaurants and we plan to buy equipment worth over $100,000. I guess we will buy it from a company that is little more reputable. read more

I purchased a refrige display case from here 2 years later nothing but problems, first thing they said was its out of warranty, of course I knew that , was wondering if they could get parts , really seems like I was bothering them then. They said I would have to take pic and send it and they get back to me later that day. really, case is very needed and why I can't read the back of the part ( they are saying I need to take a pic) to get the price. Just total confusion . I was hoping like they stated when i purchased this refrige I would have no problems.....also couldn't find my order # and then said case was discontinued. Don't waste your time with this place. Ordered a display case that was in stock and then got a call days later that it was on back order. Placed another order for a different one that was in stock. Called and was told it was on the truck and will be delivered on thursday. Got a call on Wednesday that the order was cancelled again because they don't take credit cards, and they will credit my card back the money. They stated they are worried about fraud, but yet credited my card twice...sound like fraud to me. Really was just a waste of 3 weeks dealing with this company. I purchased a rotisserie that I realized would not fit the needs of my business as I was installing it. This occurred slightly outside the unused return window. After losing some sleep thinking about how I was going to have to eat the cost of a rotisserie, I called first thing the following morning. While explaining my situation, they cut me off to say, "No problem at all, let us know what rotisserie you'd like to exchange for and we can get it there in a handful of days." They couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. I would use Kitchenall for any future purchases knowing the products are backed up by a great company! read more

These guys are totally fraudulent. I ordered a dishwasher that clearly looks to have been pre-sold. It came with water in it, the instruction book was wet as it wasn't in any plastic, it was missing the installation hoses, and dish racks, and the door wouldn't open. When i called to report this, the owner said, I don't want any trouble, i'll replace it. I had to keep calling back every day, although he said he'd call me first thing in the morning with answers. I told him i couldn't open my business without the dishwasher, and still he failed to act. Until i finally blew my top and called him and insisted on speaking with him. (His staff always said he was unavailable when i called.) He claims he never said he'd exchange it. (Umm, he was on speaker phone in our location and several people heard him.) He also lied about other things. Before paying he said the bakery case i wanted was on back order, but that he could hold it if it came in before i needed it. After i paid, he shipped it out, despite the fact that i said i couldn't accept it yet as the location was still a demo zone. These guys are totally fraudulent and lie. Buyer Beware! read more

I waited 4 hours for a delivery scheduled for 9 am and all Steve ( a ""manager") could say is that mistakes happen. Then he took it upon himself to cancel the order. This is the worst disgusting company. I would not recommend this company for any reason. This company is garbage. Never never order from this company. The response not only is inaccurate but also a very huge lie. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IT WAS STILL 30 MINUTES AWAY AT 11:45 am. When Steve (the head Manager/owner) stated that he would cancel the order on his own accord, the reply "Drop dead"was said in retaliation to Steve's ill decision to cancel the order. As all English speaking individuals know (drop dead) is a figure of speech. Steve is an out right liar as such are his employees and it appears this is the level of training that this company endorses. Therefore, my suggestion is to NEVER purchase from such an unscrupulous low class business, such as this one. read more
