Being a first-time homebuyer can be intimidating, but Michael held our hands and walked us through the process like a true professional. Fast forward to five years later, and it was time for us (now a family) to move to the suburbs. Our condo (and what turned out to be a great investment) in Brookline served us well, and Michael was the only choice for us when we decided it was time to sell. He came over, reviewed all the improvements we had made over time (renovated bathroom, all new appliances, etc), and showed me some comparable recent sales in the area. Michael had some suggestions as to how to rearrange some items, and he returned to take very professional photos that made our condo really stand out! She legit was so lost , young and just in it for the money she gave me a horrible vibe from the start so I switched over to Reggie. The dude never reached out to me for important message relays, he had one hour long open house a week IF that, laziest dude I've ever dealt with and I'm military for 8 years with a year to Baghdad. Reggie and Jess were both extremely unprofessional and my house stayed on the market for legit a "quick sale" that lasted 10 months and went for 20 grand less then what I wanted. Honestly it was one Problem After another and hey both took offense when I put them in their place and got defensive and mean .
