They painted my house in September 2002. The paint is totally failing. coming off in sheets. Doesn't appear that a primer was used. I called them to get a resolution. No return call. Stay away from preserve painting. They can't be trusted. read more

NEVER SHOWED UP - "NO-SHOW CONTRACTOR" Wesley de Silva, Project Manager, came to house & reviewed some damage to our window casing. Reviewed damage & explained that he could do the job. Promptly received an estimate. Promptly replied that we would appreciate that he do the job. A couple of weeks passed. Sent a message again asking to do the job. I am so impressed with their ability to deliver great results on a very tight timeline! I got left high-and-dry by a contractor who did an unbelievably shoddy job, and I needed to fix it up asap before the new tenants moved in. I called Preserve Services and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day and got it alllllll done in one day, all for a very reasonable price! Their communication was excellent, and they were very responsible with handling keys. 100% will use them again for my next home improvement projects! Never using those other guys again. But Preserve Services is the real deal! Honest hard workers who hold themselves to a high standard. Don't get scammed by all the shoddy contractors out there. Anyone could do what they do for the money they overcharge. They also lack professional tone in their communication. Extremely rude and overpriced. They deviated from a formal estimate and did not communicate about the additional costs and seek approval before moving forward. The workmanship is very good, The supervision is very poor. As with any painting/carpentry project there is pits and pieces to done before the job is complete. It seems that Preserve doesn.t have anyone to check these pits and pieces. They depend on the customer to find the problems. You may have to complain for weeks before they finish the job. Please do not make the final payment until the job is complete. read more

Did a great job siding my house, the problem though was the paint the chose did not match the rest of my home. Was told multiple times that they would return to repaint to match better. Now has been over 5 months with different color siding panels on my house. Home owners beware of this company and do not pay them until you are 100% happy with the work. read more

5 Stars for one simple reason Aldemir is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Seriously he answers his phone, who does that? If he misses your call he calls right back! Not one game of phone tag. Not one miscommunication. The price was 5 Stars also. We had needed our house painted for sometime now and we got a few coats for repair and paint or just vinyl and Preserve Services came in as a stand out. My house looks great. I had colors in mind and Aldemir advise on which colors exactly would of be best. So we did al this to sell our house. Now I don't want to move! But we are moving and our house will fetch a much better price. We will get back every dime of the painting services when we go to sell. read more

Let me start by saying that I agree with all the previous reviews. We hired Aldemir and his crew to paint the exterior three quarters of our three story house. They started with a thorough power wash then scraped and sanded the entire area. After, they put down a layer of undercoat before thoroughly painting the finished layer. I could go into further detail, but I'll just say that they take pride in a job well done and it shows. We had some rain, but non-consecutively they were finished in about three and a half days. Further, after finishing, a couple members of the crew went back around to double-check and cover any tiny imperfections in the final coat. Aldemir is incredibly responsive, always answers his texts and calls and manages his crew well. Would not ever hire anybody else. They are my go-to outfit and I think I'll be hiring them for carpentry and roofing work that needs doing. read more

Beautiful job but needs more work on follow-through (plus the owner should make an effort to check his workers' work and give them encouragement), two years later we have plants growing out of our gutters and we cannot get them to come and clean the gutters despite spending thousands of dollars on the original job. Just had the house power washed and painted by Preserve Services and it looks great! The guys were on time and worked non stop except for a short lunch break. Some bad shingles were replaced , gaps and cracks caulked and then the house was painted with brushes not sprayers . All of my calls were returned promptly and any questions I had were answered completely. The men cleaned up after themselves and were extremely careful not to damage plants in the yard. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done. read more

I've been meaning to right a review since Preserve finished painting the exterior of our home last month. We are extremely happy with the work and the entire process. We got a few quotes for painting and carpentry maintenance and Preserve seemed to be the best value. In the end, we were very pleased that we went with them. We're having the same job done as the other review, power washing and painting. Our experience was opposite. The garden has been crushed under tarps, there is paint drips on all the pavement, and they stored 6 ladders and all the painting equipment on our lawn. They've worked once a week on 10 hour shifts, 8-6, sometimes saturdays. read more
