We have had few issues with this place but now that we are moving out I called weeks ago and was told.they would prorated this month because we are going to be moved out by the 7th. I got my invoice for this month and they are requiring payment for thr whole month because it's after the 5th ??? Doesn't make any sense at all. When I called originally thry told me a manager would call me with what the balance would be and no one called today I was asked to leave them a message and was transferred back into the call queue ? RV got broken into while there, rent doubled over the time we were there. Bloody accident cars parked in the lot.

When I went in to rent they said they never had an issue with stealing then after they stole my catalytic converter the lady finally said oh yeah they steal here all the time they actually stole my entire car once. But she didn't mention this when I asked her when I initially went into rent a space. They just want to rent spaces the cameras don't even work and they'll say anything just for you to rent a space stealing is very common there don't believe anything the front office lady says. read more

It all started out great. Sophia was helping us find what we were looking for. But after we paid it is turned into a bitter taste in our mouths. We didn't get the lock to the storage and had to use the one from our U-Haul. Maybe a miscommunication, after all my mom forgot her Id so she definitely didn't grab the lock and the lady didn't hand it to me either. So she is now trying to have us repay for the lock and I know we didn't get it since when we walked in the locks she chose from the shelf was stocked full and I watched her grab the first lock. Which she did again to make us repay for the same lock. read more

I've used this location for storage since early 2019. From day one they've been great, working with me when I wanted to change my storage location and helping when I had a little trouble with a lock. The have tow onsite managers, video, and good lighting for when I need to go there after dark. There's always a good-natured smile when I've been in the office. Never use them. I have had storage units for 20 years for home based business. US Storage in Glendale is the worst choice Out there. They should be called Useless Storage. When I first was trying to get my units set up knowing that they have to be there to set up. I called over 20 times to let them know I'm on the way with U Haul and there was a lot of traffic I might me late. They would never call back. You call the internet company that they used and they would not call them back. They bait and switch you. They tell you a great price for 8 X 16". I've never heard of 8X16. They were about an 45 minute drive from me but the price an line looked so much better. Once you get there they don't have 8X16 they have 4X16 with walls in between. So you loose your ability to stack the normal way of on unit. After I get there wit a U Haul its to late to get another place so I fill up these 4 X16. And know I was forced to order more units than I needed. one again 4X16. What a waste of money. I was truly only using 3 out of the 4 4x16s so I donated I unit to St Vincent Depaul and move everything to that unit. St Vincent comes between 8 and 5 they won't get any more precise. I want to down size for the 7 moths of wasted storage. Per their office they can not let a charity in to get donated things without me being there so they put a lock on the storage unit and denied St Vincent. US Storage called me before the lock and told me. I asked for the owner ASAP. STILL HAS NOT CALLED. I TOLD THEM SOME OF MY STRUGGLES AND TIME CONSTRAINTS NO JOB IN A HALF WAY HOUSE WITH RESTRICTED HOURS TO BE 45 MINUTES WAY. MY THE NEXT DAY IS NOW GOING TO HOSPICE OR THE HOSPITAL. AND USLESS STORAGE WANTS ME TO MEET THEM 45 MINUTES EACH WAY FOR A DONATION PICK-UP ALREADY NEATLY IN ONE UNIT. Bait an switch. 0 Customer Service Score 0 Ability to do anything that means calling for anything that is not written .score 100 All in the extra billing fees, Deny Charities Shameful to get one more day of billing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We used this facility for temporary storage. The grounds are clean and well kept and the space was convenient for loading and unloading.
