    Dumped Belongings

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against All My Sons Moving Company regarding an incident that occurred on April 29, 2026. I scheduled a move with this company and was provided with an estimate of $343. However, after loading my belongings, the movers informed me that the total cost had increased to $671--nearly double the original estimate--without any clear or reasonable justification. The situation escalated when I questioned the unexpected price increase. The movers refused to unload my belongings unless I agreed to pay the higher amount. When I did not immediately agree, they proceeded to dump my items in a parking lot and left the premises. This left my personal property unattended and at risk of damage or theft. Additionally, there were several service failures: * The movers claimed I was being charged for 2.75 hours, despite the loading process taking only approximately 40 minutes. * They arrived unprepared and did not bring the necessary tools to disassemble my bed, meaning they failed to complete services that were part of the agreement. * After the incident, I attempted to contact the company multiple times but was unable to reach anyone for resolution. This experience was extremely distressing and unprofessional. I believe this conduct demonstrates deceptive pricing practices, poor service, and a disregard for customer property and safety.

    The movers themselves were polite and professional, but unfortunately, this company's business practices are extremely misleading. When I booked my move, I was told there would be a flat fee for the movers' travel and that the rest would be billed hourly. That turned out to be completely untrue. On top of the fees I was quoted, I was charged separately for gas and an outrageous $80 to wrap just one item. Meanwhile, my white couch--left unprotected--ended up covered in black handprints that I had to clean myself. My stainless steel refrigerator was also badly scratched while they struggled to get it through my front door. When I called to discuss the lack of price transparency, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to acknowledge that I was never informed about these additional charges. When I asked her to review the recording of my initial booking call, she claimed she "couldn't access that" and then transferred me to a closed office in Texas. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. I cannot recommend them.

    Still zero word from here. Pretty sure they're not repairing my damaged goods or got rid of those shockingly thuggish movers. And that's because Arizona won't protect its consumers or patients & it's tragically sad!!

    That tote was placed right there on the floor on top of another big tote. It's pretty obvious it's not there.

    Week 2, no call back! I did exactly as customer service gal here on this page so to do and of course they have ghosted me. They are not doing anything to make it right with me or protect their business reputation. Do not use this company They hire people that steal from you.

    WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired All My Sons Moving based on their good reviews, but DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was! What should have been a simple 3-bedroom move, estimated by multiple employees to take 8 hours, turned into a nightmare lasting 15 HOURS. Because of their incompetence, we were stranded overnight and forced to stay in a hotel--with three dogs! But the time delay was just the beginning. They DESTROYED almost everything I own--my mattress, my kid's car bed, my $4,000 TV, my couch, and even both the home we moved out of and the new one. On top of that, they STOLE items from our move and didn't even complete the job. After racking up over $15,000 in damages, they had the nerve to charge me $3,000 for the move--and held my belongings hostage until I paid. This is, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I have ever had. Even their own employees admitted that the company is a scam and robs customers. RUN FAR AWAY from this company! Save yourself the stress, financial loss, and heartbreak. This company is a complete scam!

    I hired All My Sons Moving Company in Queen Creek, AZ, and while the move started out well, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The team was initially careful, loading boxes into the POD strategically so that everything would fit. However, halfway through, they told me the bedroom set wouldn't fit. I told them to leave it behind and just focus on the boxes. Less than 10 minutes later, they claimed they had made a mistake and said everything--boxes, furniture, and the bedroom set--would fit after all. When they finished, I saw that many boxes and furniture pieces were left out. When I questioned this, the team lead accused us of adding more items during the move, which was absolutely not true. I asked why they loaded the bedroom set if they didn't think it would all fit, and they blamed us. From that point on, they started hastily throwing items into the POD without care. Items were stacked at odd angles and some were literally tossed in. In 115-degree heat, we spent 3-4 hours unloading and repacking everything ourselves. In the end, we were able to fit almost everything--including the bedroom set they said wouldn't fit--except for one small bench. I called immediately to file a complaint and was asked for photos, which I sent. I never heard back. I called multiple times and was transferred between departments, given the runaround, and even hung up on several times. Eventually, they offered me a $100 refund--an insult considering what we went through. This was the worst service I have ever received from a moving company. I will never use All My Sons again and strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. I will also make sure my friends and family avoid this company.

    If I knew now what I didn't know, then I would hire All My Sons. After a month I had to revisit the storage unit. I was appalled at how my furniture was stacked and 10 x 15 storage unit. Expensive headboards were put on the bar floor and walls. Disregard for signs of fragile or glass table top were ignored. Then heavy items were laid on those pieces of furniture that needed to be handled with great care. I can only wish that if you're reading this, you will look further for competent movers. Also, whoever you do hire, supervise them as they work. Do not trust Their system.

    DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING!!!!! I had two employees come to move my furniture back into my home. One of the employees who was brand new to the company decided to move my 400 lb. refrigerator all by himself and proceeded to lose control and dropped my fridge off the back of the truck. This resulted in very bad cosmetic damage and I was assured that it would be taken care of by the company. All My Sons insurance company offered me a ridiculous $204 to pay for the damages! They justify this by informing me that that was the coverage that I selected in the fine print of their contract. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS OR THEIR REPUTATION AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT DAMAGING YOUR PROPERTY!!!! NOW I'M STUCK WITH A $2,000 FRIDGE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!!!

Our morning was challenging and let's just say I was feeling extremely frustrated regarding the unit Tranf misunderstanding and although I contacted the main customer svc number, not one rep was able to just advise the office didn't open till 930am and boy I had to use the restroom that was locked and no one was in the office,, ONE would think that the customer svc of PS would have this knowledge and advise BUT THEY DIDN'T.... I suppose everything happens for a reason because that's when "Daniel" contacted me and SAVED MY DAY Although we had left to go use the restroom, we were able to return and process the unit space transfer so promptly! Daniel was very professional and frankly his entire vibe was absolutely incredible and happy go luck Ready to go above and beyond I could hear his readiness to assist in his voice and when we arrive, Daniel was nothing short of the energy he expressed over the phone to take care of us Thank you "Daniel " for being our Super Hero today I hope you enjoyed those treats we brought you, YOU DESERVED THEM Thx you for turning our morning around into a positive So appreciated as you are SUCH AN ASSET TO PS!!     YELPING Storage Extra Space Storage…read more An updated review! This Extra Space Storage location has really nice employees and the facilities are clean and cool (thanks to AC). This review, though, is about their predatory pricing. Two years ago (July 2023), I started using Extra Space Storage (aka ESS) at the monthly price of $130 (including taxes; all prices in this review will include taxes and be rounded up to the nearest dollar). It seemed like a pretty good deal and the location wasn't too far from home. Booking the space (their website is pretty helpful as far as finding the right size), there was no indication that that price was a special promotional price or anything like that. Four months later (Nov 2023), they hiked the monthly rate to $217, which is an increase 67%. Supposedly, ESS periodically adjusts their rates to based on market values. If you were renting an apartment at $1500 on a month to month basis and had your rate bumped up by 67%, it would be $2505 a month. There'd be crowds of people with pitchforks and torches beelining to the management company's office. (Yes, during this time, apartment rental management companies colluded to artificially inflate rental rates in the valley but even they knew not to go as high as 67% increases.) In August 2024, they raised their rental rate to $294. That's an increase of 35% in eight months. But, over a single year, that's an increase 126%. Using the hypothetical $1500/month apartment for comparison, that would be a jump to $3390 in a single year. Wild, right? From August 2024 to July 2025, there was only one rate increase (unlike the first year of rental, which had two rate hikes): $294 to $340. That's an increase of about 16%, which is a far cry from the 126% jump from July 2023 to August 2024. Over two years, though, that's an increase of 162%. Now, I get that market rates fluctuate and that, in general, that consumer prices for anything and everything are largely going to increase. But, JFC. I'll be real and take accountability for my part in allowing this highway robbery to take place. As soon as that first rate hike happened (and definitely that second one), I should've bounced and found an alternative to Extra Storage Space. Even better would have been to really take some time to get rid of as much as I could. The past couple of years has definitely been a rollercoaster in my life, so I've definitely let things slide for too long. So now the goal is to get our stuff out ASAP and definitely by the end of the year. I spoke to extra space to advise that when I received my new card I would call in payment & update the auto draft info. Just as I promised I called them with the new card info, however they insisted on Charging a LATE FEE. I explained I didn't have a replacement card to make that payment til today. I asked if they could waive the fee and simply put they said NO with no understanding or value for a long term client. They are very unprofessional, personally don't care about real circumstances or value their long term clients. I do not recommend them at all.... ps I will be moving my items to another company.
